“Ive been meaning to go by for some time now. Glad we did. Everything was wonderful food service the people. We ordered to go and no complaints NONE. We went back the next day as well for lunch. “Food was great! We split a BLT, fries, a 2 meat platter with brisket, pulled pork, beans and slaw (Yummy!!) Food came home with us. A banana pudding cheesecake may have found its way into the bag, but I have no knowledge how that happened ?“
“Ok this place has 3 locations and I have ate at 2. The Arlington location had me!!! The rib was so tender I mean falling off the freaking bone!!! I got it dry and the seasoning was good too! The baked beans were good and had like pull pork or something like that in it so I really enjoyed it! The Mac and cheese was good too even tho they gave it to me cold. I still ate it. Now the Bartlett location had me kind of frustrated once I received my order. I asked for the rib dry and the put sauce on it as you can see from the picture. I was already out the area so I dealt with it. The rib was just ok at this location. It was sort of tender in certain parts and certain parts were just tough and dry! The baked beans had no meat what so ever in it! The Mac and cheese was hot but a little too cheesy. But still good tho. I thought I would have the same experience here as I did at the Arlington location but, didn’t. The staff at both locations are super friendly but I think at the Bartlett location I may have caught them too early. Because they had just opened and the line in the driver thru was backed up. So I’m willing to try again then maybe they will get that 5th star from me!!!“
“Their food is excellent, but the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is their inability to get the temperature right on steaks going out via takeout/pickup.I've tried three times to get a medium rare steak picked up in person (and I get it could be tricky to time if you're not...a steakhouse), but I've ended up with two so raw they were purple and one medium well-well on all the edges that I had to add steak sauce to.In person, it's never been a problem, so I'll still go back, just never again through the convenient pickup.“
“I don't eat pork and was very hesitant about going to a barbecue restaurant for a burger. But they had the best turkey burger that I have eaten in a very long time. The drive-through staff was awesome. It was very nice and pleasant to meet them. They were young, but you can tell that they were raised correctly. The food was fresh and delicious. The burger ? was made to order and had the right amount of season ? ??. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a place to try. My coworkers ordered barbecue and stated it was moist and well prepared. Overall, this restaurant is 5 star ? ? for service, food, and convenience.“
“Five stars all around!!! Staff was AMAZING, super friendly and patient while we decided what to order. We went with the K.C. Melt and after we finished eating it we ended up ordering two more to go!! The meat was tender and delicious. The Philly melt was just okay, wouldn’t recommend that one. But the meat was still really good inside just different than expected.“
“Best bbq and brisket I’ve ever had! The staff is amazing. The food cannot be beat. Quality meat cooked to perfection. Best nachos in Memphis!!! Also, you can’t beat the ribs. You must try the brisket. You can’t find good brisket in Memphis unless you try Bain. I recommend adding their house-made queso onto the brisket sandwich. 11/10“
“Captain Don's Dinner was more than two hungry people could eat, but oh is it delicious. We're also going to love the leftovers! I expected the ribs to be fabulous but the rolls were to die for too. Our server Terri was very fast and efficient and friendly.“
“Lunch today was excellently prepared and served. The service is top-notch; you're greeted when you enter; there are smiles and pleasantries from the staff; and outstanding assistance. I ordered the Hamburger Steak with Gravy sitting a bed of rice, sweet potatoes, cabbage and cornbread. Everything was well seasoned and generously served. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, my lunch money will be spent there!!!“
“My wife and I are huge fans of this establishment, we eat here whenever we are in town. It is absolutely worth the hour drive for us. We have never had any problem with the food, it's always been really good and fresh. The sauce bar is always an enjoyable addition for the meal, and sides like kimchi, seaweed salad and fruit is always enjoyed. Today's visit was mostly what we expected, however the only gripe I had was when we walked in to be seated, the employee was literally sitting at the greeting stand on her phone. We stood there for about a minute before saying anything to see if she would look up but she did not. Other than this incident we enjoyed our visit as always.“
