“wow holy cow wow wow woweven as a meat eater, i am a fan of all things ruben, so when i saw they had a plant-based version with seitain, i gave it a shot. on first bite i was in love. most things i eat get heaped with hot sauce, but this sando was so flavorful and juicy. i cant wait to take my mom here when she visits as she is vegan.“
“I am sad I have just recently discovered Zarzours. I passed by for years, but never ventured in due to the look of the restaurant. This is 100% a case of don’t judge the book by its cover. The food is so good. Makes me think of my mom and grandmas cooking. The wait staff are so friendly and they take care of their regular customers. Remember, it’s cash or check only so make sure to come prepared.“
“This was our first time. We went to the location at Cherokee Blvd. LOVED the French toast and Farm Stand tacos. But we were placed right between two other families and felt like I was at their table. It was really loud and I struggled to talk to my husband for hearing the conversation within elbows reach of me.“
“Such a cute spot! My favorites: Mint iced tea, poppyseed chicken, chicken & broccoli, carrot raisin muffins. The casseroles are great for dine in, carry out, or take and bake. It’s a great meal if you need to take dinner to someone or for an easy “homemade” meal that you didn’t have to make yourself. They also have a full spread of treats. The kids love picking something off the counter. Great outdoor dining.“
“This restaurant is the definition of SOUL. All of the food is scratch made goodness, and cooked fresh daily. Everything was delicious, all of the sides, all of the proteins, the breads. If you're a fan of down home southern goodness then do yourself a favor and check this.“
“Everything was great , went 4 TIMES on a 8 day break .Shout out to Asley and Rachel from the Chapples!!!Awesome food and service .Vegetarian options: Too many to mention, well seasoned, loved every thing, will never go through Chattanooga with out stopping to eat there!“
“First time here it was a great breakfast. They bring us a pot of coffee to get a started. They have many choices from classic breakfast items to healthy choices.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegetarian options along with just healthy choicesDietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options available“
“This is the perfect sandwich shop. It's the kind of place that you can't find much anymore. The food was so excellent that I couldn't even believe my mouth. The chicken salad sandwich was exactly what I needed. I did ask for a slice of tomato, and that took it to the next level. The fry batter was perfection ? I ordered the chicken fingers for my kids and found myself snatching a bite from their plates when they were finished.I hope you give this place a try next time you are in the area.“
“This was our families first visit and I will definitely be back! Will was amazing at helping us with our order, letting me try the best coffee I've had in awhile, before commuting to it. The food was awesome and the service was the icing on top!! Looking forward to our next Red Owl adventures. Thank you Will and your staff is the best ?“
“Fantastic place! Food was delicious, probably the best tasting vegan food I've had, besides what I make on my own. Can't wait to come back and try something else on the menu! We're lucky to have this place here locally. Highly recommended!“
“If you’re on the Northshore or hanging out at Coolidge park, you have to check this place out! The owner always has a smile on his face and he works so hard everyday! It may not look like much compared to some of the bigger spots nearby, but the way you feel when you walk away from Mr. Bill’s cannot be replicated at the bigger stores!“
“Very beautiful! And the coffee and food is amazing loved it so much. It seems a very popular place, because it was PACKED when we got there. No wait though, a few tables still open. They also have a to-go counter so you can just pop in and grab what you'd like. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well.“
“I am looking to potentially move to the Chattanooga area and this place caught my eye! Used books and coffee?! Yes please! I spoke with the owner/operator while I was ordering. She told me that her grandmother opened the store initially for used books, but those don't pay the bills (!) so when she sees people finding books here instead of just coming for the coffee that makes her so happy! There's lots of space and many different seating options. I recently started writing a book and this is the perfect place for that- or any work that needs to get done. Plus, $5 used books are a deal! I ACCIDENTALY got 7....and a latte. I'll be back for sure!! I put that I spent $1-10 for the coffee but I did buy 7 books. Just wanted to clarify!Parking: Free street parking! However, I came here on the heels of a winter storm, so there were not as many people out. Either way, it was easy to park.Kid-friendliness: There is a lot of space that is carpeted that would be great for kids to play on the ground. There are multiple different kinds of seating options too!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space between tables and plenty of room. On the first floor.“
