“I lived basically next door for a few years. Even though the owners have changed the food is still the same the only thing that's changed that I can tell is the atmosphere is still friendly but the music that used to play at night on the weekends the live bands and stuff just aren't there anymore that I've seen. Everybody's still friendly but day or night it still seems kind of dead there. Once again there's nothing bad about the place. i love going there for the food which is what really matters to me.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible. “Been here alot, usually no mistakes. Last week made an online order and got home with the wrong sandwich. We called the store and spoke with Rosalind. She took our name and remembered us a week later, fixed a brand new sandwich and was so kind in fixing the mistake. I've had many orders with Rosalind at the counter and she runs a very tight ship, mistake free service with a smile. Reminds me of the old days of customer service! “I was about to give up on Jimmy Johns because the last couple times I’ve ordered they have gotten it wrong by leaving several ingredients out despite it being a mobile order and them having exactly what I wanted in front of them. This was my first time at this location, but they literally made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I had been looking forward to eating that sandwich all day as I had recently been sick and it was the only thing that sounded good to me and they did not disappoint. The staff was also super friendly and polite. Thank you for making my first meal after a lengthy illness so amazing.“

“Love their subs but wish they'd put a bit more meat on them. They're known for having bare minimum meat and I wouldn't want to be known for that. But I appreciate them asking if I need a bag or not. That's being eco friendly in 2024...we need more businesses that care to ask that question. #“

“This was the second time to this location, I came in on one of the last nights of employee training because I thought it was open already. I met the manager and he even gave me and my wife free subs to take home. I've been waiting a long time for a Firehouse Sub shop to get closer to me and it's finally happened, still a 12 mile drive but totally worth it. I'll definitely be a steady customer.“

They said it was one of the best burritos they've had. When we went, the workers gave me extra sauces. The workers are generally really cool.“
