The food tasted old. The fries were cold and mushy meaning they weren't cooked all the way. The oil that they fried the food in tasted old, needed to be changed to new. I'm pretty sure that's why none of the food tasted good but the staff was very nice and the place was really clean.
It's a hit or miss for me here, sometimes it's better than other times like tonight's dinner for instance the chicken and fish both were dry and the hush puppies were no better I would have to say the fries was the star of the show for this meal. Hopefully they will do better in the future?

I ordered from the LJS menu and was somewhat disappointed. I ordered the L5, which is one chicken, one fish, fries and hush puppies. I added an additional side of cole slaw to go with my meal. The chicken was good, but rather small in portion size. The fish was okay, but a tad bit greasy. The fries were greasy, and I could not finish them. The hush puppies were good, but my slaw was horrible. It was very "dry" as it seemed to not have any of the juices that normal slaw would have....read full review
