“The Brisket is excellent. The sandwich was wonderful, along with the bun toasted to perfection. However, the fries were pretty nasty. They were full of fryer oil. Not crispy. I soaked them into a napkin, and the oil that came out was a lot. Non edible. The hot plate for the sauce was extremely hot to the touch. Not warm. Very hot. It was hard to pick up the sauce cups with sauce because they were hot. The sauces taste wonderful, though. I did not like drinking out of plastic drink wear. Plastic is just so...plasticity.“

I was finally able to satisfy my hunger for good chicken wings at Wings Etc. The appetizers came out in no less than 5 minutes after they were ordered, the service was outstanding, and most importantly, the wings were definitely worth trying over & over again.“
“Colonel Sanders might as well stay out of Knox. This is some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. I got the 3 piece dark with fries and mac and cheese. The chicken is juicy with a crispy, super well seasoned breading. the breading does have a little kick, but nothing to make the brow sweat. The mac and cheese sent my brain back to my grandmas house as a kid and the fries were well seasoned and crispy. Customer service was…*chef’s kiss*. “While it can take awhile to get your food, it is always pretty good. I like how your dog can sit out on the patio. The hosts ( i was seated by a tall blonde girl) are sweet and mackenzie and Lisa are so nice! The man named Dennis ( i believe is his name) gave me the creeps though. This place does seem to have a high turnover. Always new people everytime i come in. Must be a management issue. The place is clean and i like the outdoor option. All in all I think it's a good place to go in the choto area.“

Only issue was they sat me in the middle of the dinning room and I could constantly hear this one guy in the back screaming, singing, and even sounded like he was jokingly moaning. “What a wonderful place! I had the best buttermilk biscuit I've ever had in my life. I ordered the catfish and it was AMAZING! My Moscow mule was made perfectly. The building was really cool with boat docks for miles. I think they must really party hard here in the summer.The only thing I didn't like and was confused by were these little bird house looking boxes they had on their tiki deck. The boxes are clearly made to trap and kill bumble bees as they were half full with the bodies.Now I'm not from here and maybe they have a good reason to kill all these bumbles....but according to the Internet bumble bees are endangered and extremely important to the ecosystem around here. So that was weird. Great place though. I had a lovely time.Vegetarian options: They had baked potatoes, a bread basket, and salads.Parking: The parking lot is HUGE! If it's full that means there's a really long wait time. Worth the wait for the food.“

However needing to order for a group of people I proceeded to order online since he stated he couldn't take my order and use a online coupon. (A coupon on their website and he couldn't use it). Anyways I order and it was a fair price for the food. My delivery came about 15 minutes later, and the pizza was HOT!!!!!! It was also fresh. “It was a Thursday evening while traveling on vacation when we ate here. I surprised that the restaurant was so crowded on a week night. However, I don't know the area so, it might be shift work or a football night, who knows. Anyway, we were seated fairly quick as a couple. The service was good. We enjoyed our food as usual at Chili's. I had the half rack of ribs and my wife had the Nacho's. The meals filled is up and had to have take home boxes for the left overs. The restaurant was clean, service was good, the noise was a bit high with so many people but, that is not Chili's fault. I would recommend this Chili's.“

“Surprisingly good! When I saw it was a chain, I had my doubts, but everything was delicious! To be honest, they had me at "hand-cut fries" (which were excellent), but everything was great. Tender ribs, tasty brisket, good mac and cheese. All the bbq sauces (original, spicy, sweet) are really good. And a free ice cream cone! Great value, and very satisfying. Way better than the ribs we had at some "iconic" place in Memphis, and a lot more reasonable. Would definitely recommend.“
“The food is great, I mean who doesn't love that chicken from Popeyes? The employees are never rude, and always are accommodating when I ask for mayo. The atmosphere is basic truck stop atmosphere but that's not Popeyes fault. Never an issue with bad food either.“
“Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to get pizza. Especially those stuffed crust. However the last couple times I've been in there to try to order pizza it just seems like it's a hassle. I've worked at a pizza place before I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to bake a pizza. I don't care what kind of pizza it is. Off worked at pizza places before it usually takes between 7:00 and 11 minutes to bake a pizza. And that's even with extra cheese and toppings on it. The customer service is severely lacking at the store and if they don't correct it people will stop coming. It will be a while before I come back if I ever do. I don't appreciate being disrespected and made to feel an important when I'm coming in to be a customer to purchase something that's being sold there and I got treated like I didn't matter. And then the pizza looked like crap when I was giving it. It looked like they took multiple pizzas that have leftover pieces in it and made one pizza none of the pieces matched when you cut it it looked weird the crust was even all the way around the pizza. It like caved in and almost looks like some of it was cut out like a huge bite mark. If the health department comes in here I hope they fail. That story is disgusting from the bathrooms to behind the counter. There's trash everywhere they don't wipe off tables inside they don't ever hardly enter trash cans. They're always overflowing. And it's just hard to get somebody's attention when you need something or when you're trying to place an order and that's poor customer service.“

“I have been to several (about 30 different locations) KFC's in my life throughout the US and can confirm this is the best one.The place was insanely clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was cooked perfectly the chicken was not dried out and the crispness was perfect.I will be coming back to this location in the future.“
