First time to a Red Robbin.. was a nice place and the food was good... service was good...but I know they are short staffed... it took about 15 minutes to get seated... in a half full restaurant...but it was worth the wait... the did everything they could to make your happy....
Went in last night for dinner. The place was empty but we we're told it'd be a 15min wait for a table. I asked why and we we're told they only had one server because two called in and one was late. There is a real lack of reliable help in East Tennessee and working at the hospital I actually get it. I'll wait for good food. Once we we're seated everything went very smoothly. Burger was a pretty good size. A little pricey. $17. Service was great Cali took great care of us. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was similar to anywhere else but still good.
