“After having recently been on a month-long roadtrip vacation to various states and eating at Firehouse Subs in different cities, I have to say Farragut is the absolute best - hands down. Wow, I didn't realize how much of a difference in quality there could be at different locations... But there is and the Farragut location DEFINITELY makes the best veggie subs I've tasted. “The sandwich was excellent. The problem here is that they are slow. I get that they make to order but even considering that fact, I've seen faster turtles. When we come here we have to allow extra time to get through this location when compared to other Knoxville area locations.“

“Best firehouse around. Period. Always clean, always friendly, always fast. (You can pay me for the great slogan later). The sandwiches here are amazing. Meats cut fresh every day. Whenever I go in I'm treated like family, the "welcome to firehouse" always adds a nice touch to the experience. “Good god what a mess Over six people working and every single one has AirPods in their ears and they’re ignoring every attempt of communication with each other. Two employees are just standing there yawning while the man with the longer hair literally is doing everything . The girl in the purple just standing there yawning and playing with her hair. We’ve been waiting for over 25 minutes and still haven’t gotten food. $35 for two meals is steep maybe we’ll get them today.“

“The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. They are also very informative about the foods they make, if you have any questions about the menu, the staff always seem very willing to help.Dietary restrictions: They are very clear when you mention any dietary restrictions, and very helpful about what would be a good option for you. The only thing I can say is, I am not sure if they have gluten free options instead of their standard bread options.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessable with standard wheelchairs, power chairs, or even crutches.“

“Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! Food was great!“

“I had a worker named Shane mess up my order. I ordered chips and salsa and received chips with ketchup. Consider my disappointment immeasurable. Management needs to make sure its employees are trained and equipped with the tools to better server their customers.“
