This was great, we did a tasting at Matt, our pour host, was funny and informative! We had an opportunity to taste 8 (I believe) different flavors for only $5. And your $5 was credited towards a purchase if you decided to buy some of their libations. We ended up with three different flavors plus some other drinks. Fun, entertaining, and we really liked several of their Shines. You should give it a try!
Typical moonshine offerings but they also have a line of Rye Whiskey which is worth trying. Currently offered only through the distillery store in 375ml bottles. There were three offerings (#13-15) of varying cask strengths and ages and one Bottled in Bond. All were good, #15 & 16 fit my pallet best. Jamie poured my samples and provided a nice overview of each along with background on the distillery and upcoming plans.
