“Have been going here for 6 years off and on now when I’m in the area and this place is always excellent and consistent with their food. Never had a bad thing off the menu! It’s just top notch all the way around and def one of my fav places to eat. Servers are always great and on our recent trip we had an amazing server named Tracy specifically :)“
“I've been to this location only a couple a times but both times my steak was perfectly and evenly cooked. Also, well salted that have it wonderful flavor. The onion blossom is very delicious, you can actually taste the onion with seasoned breading. To wash all that down, my beer was at a good cold temperatures and not warm like at most places. “Outstanding service. Just perfect service. The atmosphere is lovely inside the hotel at night with the lighting and views and sounds of the water nearby. Although the menu is expensive, the steaks, the small plates, the sides, and the wines are terrific.“
“Emily F was an excellent server. When she asked about our satisfaction with the food she noticed my hesitation when I replied favorably. She had her manager check on us. My dissatisfaction was not with the food but in my choice. “I’ve lived in the Hermitage area since 2018 and I’ve never been to Hermitage Steak House. My first time dining there and the food was great, the salad bar was very fresh and the wine was amazing. Staff was nice and super helpful. Our waiter was amazing as well. Hermitage Steak House will definitely get a return visit from me.“
“My friend and I came here for dinner. We both got the same meal, I with green beans and her with broccoli and the smoked Mac and cheese. We finished it off with the carrot cake. The sirloin, well I’ve definitely had better but I am also very biased with my mother’s cooking! The shrimp though was AMAZING! And I tried a bite of her Mac and cheese which was also great! The butter for the bread which comes at the beginning is marvelous. Definitely will be coming here again.“
“Excellent, the steak was medium instead of medium rare but still very good. My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan as usual and it was great as usual. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken, less calories, with the brussel sprouts and steamed broccoli. It all was mouth watering. My son's steak looked great as well and there were no left overs.“
“I tried the Prime Rib. Probably won't do that again here. It was a good portion, but the meat was tough and the fat around the edges was inedible. I have had much better at different restaurant in the area. The wedge salad was excellent. My teenage son usually devours fries but did not like them at all. Overall, it was underwhelming for the price of the dinner for two.“
“Typical steakhouse feel and decor. Started off with the buttery rolls and cinnamon butter, it was hard not to eat to many rolls. Up next was a Cesar salad, good size salad and tasted good. Got a 20oz ribeye and baked potato they had on special for the night, both were good as expected. Real similar to a Texas Roadhouse. Overall all the food was good, the server we had was really good and friendly. I’ve eaten here a few years ago and it’s exactly the same goodness.“
