“From previous reviews, it seems this location has had some issues in the past. Well, they certainly had it figured out when I visited today. The store was clean and well cared for. The chatter spilling out of the grill area was lively, friendly, positive. Our food was about as good as it gets. Hot, fresh, made right and presented neatly. This was my son's chosen birthday meal, and it made his day that much more special. A great place to stop when you visit the pool and playground nearby!“

“This place came for an employee event at Mercedes of Knoxville on Monday. I will be honest, we have had some ~not so good~ food from food trucks before… well that was NOT the case with Hamburger Hill. Not only was it my favorite employee appreciation food EVER, But that might have been the best smash burger I have ever consumed. The Hill Sauce is incredible!! I can’t wait to eat at this place once a week for the burger craving. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!“

“In short, I'm a fan! Ever since they opened this location, my family and I eat here a few times a month. I have young kids, so we do takeout a lot (and order online using the app). It's been a solid experience every time. We especially like the grilled chicken strips, regular Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich, and the Nashville Hot salad... oh and the custard (of course)!“

“My first time at one of these…. I will say the burger was a bit small for the bun no biggie cause the flavor was banging. The fries were really good… tea definitely could’ve used more ice but that was my bad for not asking for extra….. overall great first experience….. also can I suggest a sign on the outer drive thru to let newbies know windows around the corner lol“

“Didn't have to wait for table long, very friendly staff. Their steak is cooked to perfection as to however you want it. The seasoning are excellent and my wife's favorite is the shrimp/chicken platter. Can keep up with sports also while you're out, that's cool ?“

“Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.“

“A great place to get fast food with great flavor. In the past I have had a cheeseburger, hot dog (both with everything) and today a corn dog. They have all been really really good, and the fries are some of the best ever. Jamocha shake was quite good as well.“

The crowd there was huge never seen this bar before its sits in back off kp behind taco bell check it out you won't be disappointed also they have wings burgers pizza and was great. “This is the BEST McDonald's in alllllllllll of Knoxville and I have been to just about all of them. The food is always fresh and hot and the order correct. I am a little extra so I always do things like add tomato to my sausage biscuits or extra tartar to my filet o fish, always something, they never miss a beat and the extra is there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. No matter what time of day you go they never disappoint. Make sure you eat here and support greatness.“

“I never leave a 5 star review for a fast food restaurant but this Wendy’s always has incredible service and consistent food. I can’t think of a time my order was messed up or I waited for a long time for my food. I can’t say that about any other fast food location in Knoxville other than Chick-fil-A.“

“We ordered the Fried Ravioli appetizer and it was absolutely delicious! We then ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and Spaghetti with Meatballs. OMG! I can't even explain just how wonderful these meals were. We had enough to take home for another meal. I live like 20 miles away and will now frequent this place! “Faster than your normal five guys, friendly staff, and still provides the experience you would expect from a five guys establishment. This franchise gives the chain a good image. I would suggest the burger unless though if you don't absolutely love bread.“

“I will have to say, being as that I gave up on Hardee's decades ago, that apparently the fact that they were the only place I could get a truck/trailer into & food choices limited, I gave them a shot & was pleasingly surprised by the quality & superb taste of the chicken sandwiches that I had, at an amazing, after 2pm price of 2 for 7.00..great marketing tool but with flavor like the chicken BLT & Nashville hot, dont need marketing schemes, just price them reasonable like maybe 4.99 a piece, I'd pay that for 1 of those.....the facilities itself needs some work, upgrades etc..“
