“Phil's has the best BBQ in Northeast Tennessee and it's not even close. Their sides are also amazing, you can rarely find a place that's sides match the quality of their mains. I go to Phil's once a week (usually Saturdays) and I have genuinely never had a negative experience. Also, their variety of sauces will meet anyone's tastes. I love to mix their Mustard, Vinegar, and Smoking Hot sauces, you should try it! Their staff is awesome, very attentive and offer great suggestions when asked! I will continue to support Phil's for as long as I am able.”

"the only reason I have it up there, is some lady gave it to us after her son died." pathetic owner took sammich off bill I look forward to a return visit to see if the tasteless, thoughtless, careless, pride less, value-less decorations are improved. personally I don't care about the bug, I understand, that happens. we need farms, yeah? but it's *checks* it's the year of our Lord 2023 and we should be better than that by now. 12-6-23 ~1pm”

“This is a drive-through coffee (latte, cold brew, etc) energy-chillers, teas, fizzes, lemonades, milkshake place. Similar to a Starbies but better in a lot of ways! 1.) cost 2.) customize-ability you can pick your flavors/sweetness levels/milks/sauces to a much greater degree 3.) friendly super-speedy staff and you can still collect points. Try it. Check out the savings, servings, quality and friendliness for yourself!

“We stopped in just as you all were closing today after celebrating my birthday down the street at stir fry. The girl working was still so friendly and nice even though they closing any minute. She showed me what cupcakes they had left and I picked out half a dozen. The shop was soooo cute and refreshing. She was so friendly! We were able to walk down to a table outside downtown and enjoy cupcakes and they were AMAZING! We will be back! The kind, positive customer service was such a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much for the wonderful cupcakes and service today!”

“My husband and I decided to try this little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. We were treated by a super friendly guy who we learned is the owner. We had zero expectations when we sat down. The food was very well priced and I loved that you could order off the menu instead of just buffet as I can only eat a half a cup of food or liquid at a time. The food came out and it was amazing. We were shocked at how fresh and wonderful everything was. If you haven’t eaten here please do!”

“Just a heads up! When I googled Italian Village BRISTOL it brought up another local pizzeria. Long story short, I ordered my pizza at the wrong location. HOWEVER.....when I walked into Italian Village BRISTOL, they were quick to help me get my order in and under the time they stated. Pizza we ordered was delicious and we can't wait to do business again with Italian Village BRISTOL! (For inquiring minds, I did call the other pizza company and apologetically cancel my order without any issues!)”

“I never really have anything negative to say about Pal's. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!”

“Wow! Blast from the past. I can’t explain it, but this place felt like the restaurants I went to as a kid with my parents. Such a chill atmosphere. The only tip I have is chat with ALL of your customers. The owner said hi to a few of the regulars that seem to come all the time but didn’t check in with the other tables. It would have been a simple thing to do and can make people feel special. Other than that! The food was great and the staff was so friendly. Didn’t know this place existed but now we are glad we do.”

“Made my whole night. Never been before today, but was craving an iced vanilla berry Red Bull and couldn’t find them anywhere! So, I go to try the new drink because it uses that Red Bull! So yummy! The cold foam gave you that “wintery” feel while still being so refreshing. Person who took my order and the person at the window were both so sweet! 100% recommend if you haven’t tried it!”

“The staff here are all so friendly and accommodating. We have visited 2 days in a row now, and both visits have been great experiences. My husband and I both grew up eating Pizza Plus and love that they have the buffet during the week 11-2. (Salad bar, multiple different kinds of pizzas, and dessert pizzas as well) We also order delivery often on the weekends with great service and timely deliveries every time. I highly recommend this Pizza Plus to everyone.-Brittany”

“I love this place. RedRum Mc's Holston River Chapter comes in on occasion and sets at the bar. Every single time we are there, we get the best service. My husband and I also come without the Chapter and it's always so good. Shout out to the bar tender who serves us and the cook! Knocking it out!!”

“Service was overwhelmed due to the patrons there from lack of electricity with Hurricane Helene just going through the area. Our waiter was a Champ! Working our table of 6 and 5 other tables each with 4+ people. Food was slow, but that was because the restaurant was making pizzas for the local hospital ER staff while making food for dine in customers.

Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of high chairs and patient staff.”

“I’ve been feasting from The Fisherman’s Dock menu ever since it opened in Kingsport ..gosh, well over (what?) 25-30 years ago? They started out on Stone Drive and kept me and my family coming back for more great seafood and sides for years at that location. When they moved to a new location in front of Kroger we still kept enjoying the wonderful food. We stalked them down again when they downsized to their present location on Fort Henry Drive and, folks, after all these years we still love their food and will keep coming back as long as their doors are open. We’ve never had a bad experience with Fisherman’s Dock restaurant and never a complaint with their staff. No one paid me to write this review. It is as real as it gets. There are only a handful of restaurants left that know how to produce a quality menu and charge a fair price for what you’re getting. It doesn’t get any better than Fisherman’s Dock. My family and I thank you and appreciate you for all these years of great seafood meals! Here’s to many more!”

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.”

“First of all, this is by far the cleanest pizza plus that I have ever been in. The food is always hot and fresh. Not to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I especially would like to thank Amber for always accommodating our large parties. We spend quite a bit of money going out to eat and it is always worth it. Stephanie has been so sweet and kind to my children after every visit. The 11$ Fridays are our favorite! You can order ANY pizza and only pay 11$. Quality is superb!!!! “This was our first time here. We stopped in for the lunch buffet. The buffet itself was very small but still had a good variety of food choices. Everything we tried (which was everything on the buffet between the two of us) was delicious. My favorites included the Coconut Chicken, General Tso's, the meat-on‐a-stick, and the Chicken Meatballs. I was surprised that there was no egg drop soup, but the wonton soup was good. Staff was friendly. The prices were very reasonable, especially in today's economy. We'd be happy to eat here again.”

Overall experience was a solid 8.9. I will definitely come back and try other menu items. I definitely recommend this place. The only other fast food chicken joint this good is Chic Fil A.”
