“Great distillery to visit, Vodka is top notch, love the Cinnaburn moonshine, Orange Creamcicle is great, Spiced Rum is better than anything else out there. Owners are extremely knowledgeable on their products and will steer you right. Cool FD decor and neat swag. highly recommend.”

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.”

“I LOVE it! It is my favorite place to get coffee, & it blows Starbucks out of the water. Not only that, they have several gluten free (and dairy free) baked good options. (which is super hard to find at least in my experience, around here) Not only do they cater to my dietary restrictions but they make it delicious and affordable. Why spend your money at a sub-par restaurant chain when you can eat/drink locally AND support real families?? Highly recommend! I always love the blackberry white mocha iced latte, and recently tried the caramel apple crisp iced latte for Fall.”

“We visited Thai Cuisine for the first time on 07-19-22 and ordered the Panang Curry and Tornado Duck. Both dishes were very appealing to the eye and absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend dining there and this restaurant will most certainly go on the top of our list!!!!”

We tried the fried green tomatoes, pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, and okra, and all of it was excellent. They also have great options on the kids’ menu, which made it perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—we even ran into several people we knew, which made it feel even more like a hometown favorite. The bar vibe is great, and the location is amazing. From start to finish, it was an all-around wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100”

“Finding gluten free options at any restaurant is very hard to do. I was pleasantly surprised to see an entire page of gluten free options for me. I had the Italian ham sub and it was delicious!!! “I've ate burgers in different chains all across America and in other countries as well. No one comes close to the Big Pal. It always has been and always will be the best burger you can eat. The only caveat is, make sure you order it with pickles (once you try it, you can never get it without them).”

“I can't find a single thing to fault them on. They were quick with the service. The waiters and waitresses were kind. The food came out in a timely manner. The portions were exactly as advertised and they were VERY generous with their portions. The appetizer alone that we tried could easily be a proper meal in terms of how big it was and that's the appetizer itself. I also tried their Spasanga and it was to die for. My mother tried their fish and shrimp platter and she absolutely loved it as well. Their tea is also beyond incredible and the different flavors are great. I honestly just can't find a single thing to fault them on and the atmosphere and interior design is also phenomenal. If I could give a higher rating than five stars I happily would because I just tried them for the first time today. They have definitely earned themselves a regular.”

“The Sullivan Central Class of 2005 just celebrated our 20th year high school reunion at The Sports Mill and loved it so much that the class is planning another gathering this year. Matt Henderson curated the event and assisted with finding a local food truck during the height of Fun Fest (which is no small feat). Great atmosphere and multiple options on draft and a fridge of popular beverages. They even made slushies! Folks had indoor and outdoor options for relaxing and everyone tried the simulation games for friendly competition. Definitely a night to remember!”

“I never really have anything negative to say about Pal's. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!”

“Ordered sesame chicken,and ended up getting teriyaki which i was kinda disappointed about at first. But the teriyaki was great,and also the lo mein noodles was some of the best I've had in a while! Ordered my daughter orange chicken,and rice which I'd say was lacking flavor,but compared to panda express I'd say they made up with it by having shrimp sauce unlike panda express which doesn't serve shrimp sauce.
Honestly my expectations wasn't high as most Chinese in the tricities isn't good in my opinion,and I went there 15min before closing.
I usually prefer Japanese over Chinese but occasionally I crave Chinese. First time eating here will be back hopefully they are consistent with the lo mein as that is the biggest selling point for me as it was better than 99% of other places Japanese,or Chinese in the tricities.
Also the pricing is slightly cheaper than mcdonalds when it comes to meal to meal granted we didn't get drinks.

Make sure you try the changing weekly special menu, created by the seasoned GM who is also a chef, all made from scratch. Outstanding! Best location in TN.”

The owner of this Pals came out to check on everyone, offered free drinks, and even took the elderly man who was involved in the accident to pick up his medication he was on the way to get and then took him home. He is an amazing person who went above and beyond for a stranger in need. The world needs more people like him.”

Chicken was crispy and flavorful. Only gripe, they were kind of small to my liking. But I give them an 8.6

Sauces I got their signature spicy. Solid 8.8
Also got there sweet heat that sauce was amazing. I give it a 9.4
Overall experience was a solid 8.9. I will definitely come back and try other menu items. I definitely recommend this place. The only other fast food chicken joint this good is Chic Fil A.”
