Very clean restaurant. Got vegan ramen to go and it was pretty good with the broth being earthy and sweet. The vegetable choice included in the soup was interesting and a first for me. It had mushrooms,carrots, kombu, pickled red onion, radish and sprouts. I was not mad at all. Some of the veggies were raw while others precooked. It was a good combo and definitely filling. Best sushi in town by far. The fish is excellent. I usually order nigiri, but their specialty rolls are really different from the standard. It's refreshing to try something different that doesn't over power the fish.

Truly a gem ox Knoxville ! It's very reasonably priced Japanese Fare, with wonderful servers and a beautiful chateau style eating scene. I definitely recommend anyone looking to have a romantic dinner, or even a dinner with the boys go here. ( good adult beverages too ?.) And the RAMEN HOLY COW ..!5/5
