“Santa likes to get a good sub now and then and frequents many a Subway throughout the holiday season. But this particular Subway store was by far the best I have ever been to! Extremely clean, plentiful seating, friendly staff, and the subs were made in such a way as the first, middle and last bite tasted the same (which I really appreciate). No trying to get by with minimal ingredients here! Santa gives them 2 Thumbs Up!!!“

“I had never been to a Blaze pizza before and a friend of mine told me about Pi Day, (03-14) where you get a pizza for $3.14, so I figured why not. And while the wait was extremely long on that day I had to stop and think about what a LONG day it must have been for the employees. That being said I was really impressed by the super friendly greeting I got as I ordered my pizza that day. Rob had a huge smile on his face and asked me how I was doing, my response was "probably better than you, you guys are working so hard!" Haley then joined in on speaking to me and was also happy and friendly while making my pizza, but I learned that both of them had to open and close the restaurant that day. WOW, that is such a long day on a regular day, forget a day like this where their volume is probably tripled. Yet, these two people both were smiling and chatting and treating me so nicely despite the fact that I am sure they were hot, tired, and ready to go home. I also want to mention that they had a guy greeting people at the door that evening and kind of preparing to shift the line and keep the entrance clear, I didn't catch his name but he was also funny and helpful and making conversation and answering questions for the guests. While I am a super picky pizza person and wasn't overly excited by the food, yes it was good, but it wasn't over the top good, I found their customer service to be exceptional! Thanks Rob and Haley and door-man for making my first experience at Blaze a good one. I guess I will have to go back and try some of the other food and give the pizza at least one more try, on a day where they aren't bogged down with a line wrapped around the building :)“

Pretzels were good for sure. The burger was ok but nothing to write home about. The service was excellent. “Everything is so PERFECT at this location. I have never been disappointed, any modifications you have they’ll make sure to satisfy you! Workers are so amazing! So friendly and understanding and patient! Zachary at the register was so sweet and kind! Even after I sat down to eat, he made sure to come by and check on me! “Blaze is always a good time with good food. Fresh pizza dough, toppings, and I get it exactly the way I want. The staff is usually very friendly and on top of making pizza. This visit I had a coupon for a free dessert, and I got a s'mores sandwich. They heated it up for me so the marshmallow was toasted and the chocolate was melted. The cookie part was much too thick compared to the innards, so it ate very dry. I'm glad I got it free, because now I know I wouldn't want to spend $2.99 on one.“

“So I've been a few times and it was very mediocre. However, tonight they blew my socks off! Whoever is working at 6pm needs a serious raise! Everything was hot and delicious. Best of all the quesadillas had plenty of chicken, sauce, and cheese! Pretty much 90% of the time you get a burnt almost empty tortilla. So I'm very impressed! Again if you're management reading this, please reward your 6pm workers because they made my friggin night!“

“Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.“

“This is the BEST McDonald's in alllllllllll of Knoxville and I have been to just about all of them. The food is always fresh and hot and the order correct. I am a little extra so I always do things like add tomato to my sausage biscuits or extra tartar to my filet o fish, always something, they never miss a beat and the extra is there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. No matter what time of day you go they never disappoint. Make sure you eat here and support greatness.“

“This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds. We have always had good experiences here with the staff and if they mess up our order you can reach out via fb and they usually send you a coupon. (That’s more than I can say for Lenoir City CFA we stopped at when on the way to go camping… there were multiple hairs in my wrap so I let them know online and they said to call so I called and they said they would send me a coupon and took my address and a year later still nothing. I just chalk it up to they don’t care and we won’t be back out there even if we are in the area.) Overall Kingston Overlook staff are polite, quick and have the delicious CFA quality food so we will continue to be regulars.“

“So I ordered 8 wings (well done) with a two topping pizza expecting the worst wings ever. Not only were the wings well cooked and well seasoned they are equal to my favorite wing stop. These wings are better than it’s just wings; hooters and anybody else who can thaw and sell wings. Hooters wings are frozen and look blue before they are dropped in the fryer. I was very impressed by the cheap yet very good wings by Papa John’s. They deserve credit for not going skimpy on the wings. Wings and Pizza!“

“That Arby's store has been there since I was 5 years old and now I am 50 yrs old. It needs to be updated inside and cleaned up outside. Food is usually good, hot, and fresh. They do have a bad day from time to time.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on one side and could stand to be redone. Parking lot is not to good and should be fixed. Also they should put in another wheelchair ramp on the side that doesn't have one.“

“We went in after church today and had a sub sandwich which was very good, but the workers weren't very friendly and hospitable we said Thank you a couple times two different girls and got no response they wouldn't even look at us we are very disappointed in that part of our experience at Jersey Mike's out of four people working only one girl was smiling and friendly with us.
