“This was one of the most shocking dining experiences I’ve had. The steak was cooked better than you’d find at a steak house, it was so tender and cooked at the right temp that I asked for. I didn’t expect the jalapeño cheese dip to be anything to write home about, but honestly the jalapeños were the perfect spice level. The burger was cooked perfectly as well as the egg on it. The fries are the best in the town. You wouldn’t think that the food would be that great, I was expecting typical dive bar food, but it blew my expectations out of the water. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been a pool table!! If there was pool here it would be my new hang out spot for sure.“

“The fries are very good. Not like other fries. These fries are seasoned. Chili dogs are perfect, although I do wish they made footlongs. My Husband loves their cheeseburgers. I've never had one, only because the Chili dogs are so good. The lady at the window is polite; efficient and so pleasant. When they get a bit busy, there's a gentleman that comes out and takes your order who is just as wonderful.“

“Easy on-screen ordering, prompt service despite almost every seat in the place being occupied. Ingredients were fresh and fried at just the right temperature and with just the right amount of batter so that all the tastes came through and nothing was greasy. “My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“A great place to get fast food with great flavor. In the past I have had a cheeseburger, hot dog (both with everything) and today a corn dog. They have all been really really good, and the fries are some of the best ever. Jamocha shake was quite good as well.“

“This is the BEST McDonald's in alllllllllll of Knoxville and I have been to just about all of them. The food is always fresh and hot and the order correct. I am a little extra so I always do things like add tomato to my sausage biscuits or extra tartar to my filet o fish, always something, they never miss a beat and the extra is there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. No matter what time of day you go they never disappoint. Make sure you eat here and support greatness.“

“We ordered the Fried Ravioli appetizer and it was absolutely delicious! We then ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and Spaghetti with Meatballs. OMG! I can't even explain just how wonderful these meals were. We had enough to take home for another meal. I live like 20 miles away and will now frequent this place! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful meal!!Wheelchair accessibility: All one level building. Another family had a child in a wheelchair and they had no problems wheeling in and out.“

“Came in 3 days ago. At 10:32 exactly and was refused breakfast. The staff was rude and don't care about customers. The older gray hair lady was rude and told me to leave and not come back. I would not recommend eating at this dump. There lazy and straight up don't care about there local customers. Hopefully this one will go out of business too.“

“This restaurant is always clean. The people behind the counter, they always have a smile. If we need to wait for the food, they bring it to us. We went in around Valentine's, and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. Good job Burger King!“

“Faster than your normal five guys, friendly staff, and still provides the experience you would expect from a five guys establishment. This franchise gives the chain a good image. I would suggest the burger unless though if you don't absolutely love bread.“
