This was surprisingly one of the best meals I've ever had in Memphis in life. The Greens, spinach patties and the turkey leg was the juiciest I've even known plus the seasoning, the sauce on that thang was beyond delicious. My Mom who doesn't like eating much had the brisket sandwich and got through it in 2 days and she does not like left overs. My friend and I saw this restaurant on the list for MBRW '24 and decided to give it a try. We went as soon as they opened, so the wait wasn't too bad. We both had trouble deciding what to eat, as everything looked so delicious! I finally decided on the Salmon Thiou (pronounced choo) and got a side salad to go along with it. This is one of the guys who started Bala's Bistro in Whitehaven. There are a few of the same items but 90% different menu with good variety. I sampled the salmon meatball and will get it next time.The Thiep Yapp is a good meal. The chicken is seasoned well, veggies are tender and everything has a slight hint of spice without being flaming hot.They need a,bigger place already.
