“Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!”
“Me encanta el sabor de su comida y la atención al cliente”
“Food and service were outstanding. The venue is quite noises. Our servers Nuelle and Jennifer
Vegetarian options: The servers are well versed on options.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond — A Bright Spot in a Long Travel Day After 10 hours of travel delays, cancellations, and feeling completely worn down, I found myself at Ole Red’s — and I’m so glad I did. The staff didn’t just serve food and drinks; they showed genuine kindness and care that turned my whole day around. Not only did they treat me like I mattered, they bought me a drink and even gifted me an Ole Red’s tank top to lift my spirits. I honestly teared up — it was one of the most thoughtful gestures I’ve ever experienced while traveling. Kindness like this is rare, especially in the middle of airport chaos. Thank you to the amazing team at Ole Red’s (specifically KJ and Gabby) — your warmth, generosity, and heart made a hard day feel a whole lot better. I won’t forget it!”

“amazing food, experience and service. Tyler did an outstanding job. it was our first time there, but it won't be the last!”
“I for a very rare occurrence have no complaints about not only the future of but service as well. The environment is great with live jazz music. 5/5”

“We were in town for just a few days. Looked for Italian near our hotel and read great reviews of Caffe Nonna. It lived up to those. My husband and I split a salad and the Nonna lasagna and the tiramisu for dessert. It was all delicious. The two types of bread were both excellent. Would highly recommend this little gem!”
“This was my first time eating here and sure won't be my last. The food was excellent! The portions are a nice size! The food just melted in my mouth!!!”
“This has recently become one of my favorite plant based spots in Nashville after trying them at Hunters Station last weekend, then having my boyfriend go back later that night and the next day to grab us food. The fish sandwich tastes exactly like fish and the cheesy potatoes compliment it to well. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they open up on a more consistent basis but for now I’m ok with stalking their insta page to see where their going to be. 10/10”
“We visited on a night when the AC had gone out, so it was a tad warm. But the server did a great job of working through that glitch. The cocktail menu was fun and creative. The dinner menu combines classics very simply prepared over live fire with out of the box shareables, such as the corn ribs, which are a MUST. Parking is rough, but it was all quite worth the visit.”

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!”
“We stopped here for lunch with a small group after the Getty's Sing!2024 conference. The food (tacos, side of frijoles y platanos) was delicious, reasonably priced, and promptly served. Recommended!
Parking: It is in a busy area, but we found parking on the street nearby.”
“I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. The only dismaying part of your lunch experience will be if you were stupid, like me, and only got a half order. #pahotwingsareforwussies”
“My husband and I stopped in at Two Hands from out of town with our pup for a brunch on the patio. Although it was super busy, we got seated quickly! Emily was our server and made the experience absolutely amazing! She went the extra mile to make our dog comfortable (although he was definitely in her way), provided excellent cocktail recommendations and helped us select dishes we LOVED! Emily made our stop very special and took the time to connect with us. Our food was immaculate, so when we visited another city that featured a Two Hands as well we knew we would be back! Thank you for the best Nashville experience!”

“We had a great time at this acclaimed restaurant, with an eclectic menu, such as the glazed pigs ears in lettuce wraps. The former residence has multiple rooms, on two levels, and our one regret is that we sat in a room with about ten tables, and the hard-scape decor meant that the noise level was just below the decibel level of bars on Broadway Stu’s neon district.”
“This has been one of my favorites since the mid 90s. My family brought me today for Mother’s Day. Ya’ll…they killed it. Every table full, food coming out fresh and speedy fast, servers everywhere assisting one another to keep the well oiled machine working, and tons of well wishes for the day. I hope each server, cook, host, and manager is able to kick up their feet this evening knowing you did a fabulous job and made many moms extra happy today!”

“We love the casual yet upscale atmosphere at Thistle & Rye. Our party of 6 sat inside as it was 8 million degrees outside. We shared lots of apps, we all had the cod sandwich. The cocktails were fun, our eats delish! Our server, Samantha was patient and gracious as we were definitely “extra”then a larger group settled in at the next table. They were hilarious, needless to say Sam had her hands full and by all accounts handled everything perfectly! Thank you, our evening was great fun!”
“Good quick fuel up location with a Whataburger, a large variety of snacks, with a reasonable amount of foods that are healthy alternatives to the usual amount of "Corporations-get-rich-at-the expense-of-citizen-health" foods. But that is what the general public wants so Corporations can't be solely blamed.”
“The workers can be a little rude but over all is a good business and the pizza OMG FYE ???
Vegetarian options: They offer veggie pizza
Kid-friendliness: It's a store ??♀️?? plus I have witness workers give kids candy for free so that's pretty kid friendly to me lol
Parking: Plenty of parking it have a laundromat beside it”
“It is located inside the gas station. When you walk in, you want to go to the left. Now you have your cashier in front, and to the right, you'll have the options yo get snacks and drinks like any other gas station. If you want a hot meal. They do have, but if you want a little more for your money, I do recommend eating here. The prices are good and the food will put a smile on your face.”
“Ever since my last review the crew has changed several times. I have stopped here twice within the last month. Same server both times. It's take out only. I place my order and wait in my truck. I don't know, but this server both times seemed to forget my order and serve several people who showed up after me. I've had to remind her both times I was still waiting. A light bulb goes off and she gets my food. Both times I've had to eat cold food. If you stop here during the graveyard shift you better stay on top of the server or you'll end up being bumped to the end of the line and eating cold food.”
“Great service great atmosphere everyone friendly great experience”
“We had phenomenal service and the food was absolutely fabulous! The flavors were unique, the presentation was beautiful, and every detail was clearly well thought out. The entire team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!”

“Avo in Nashville is a must-visit! The cheese platter is absolutely incredible—perfectly curated and packed with flavor. It’s definitely a must-do when you’re there. The pesto penne primavera was amazing, with fresh, vibrant flavors that really stood out. And don’t miss out on the avocado margarita—it’s a unique and delicious twist on a classic cocktail that you’ll want to try! The vibe is laid-back yet trendy, and the food and drinks are top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great vegan food and a fun experience!”
“I would consider this one of the best quick food places to eat in Nashville. The food was great and the service was extremely nice and fast with orders. We had the crispy magic dumplings first which were exactly that. Magic! The other dishes were an order of noodles and pad kra pow. Both full of flavor and spice like no other. Simple sit down restaurants dont usually have these types of flavor options for under $100. Can't beat it.”

“We came here for a girls' night out and were absolutely blown away! The restaurant offers a stunning panoramic view of the Nashville skyline, creating a beautiful ambiance. The food was exceptional! The tuna tartare, prepared tableside, was incredibly fresh with great flavor--an absolute must-try!! The duck fat fries were perfectly crispy and served with three delicious sauces, each one better than the last. The steak was cooked perfectly medium, juicy and tender, and the seared scallop on the side was a delightful addition. This spot is perfect for a girls' night out or a rom”
“If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Edessa Restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee is the place to be. As someone who has traveled almost 80 miles to indulge in the delicious Turkish food, I can attest that Edessa Restaurant is a hidden gem that should not be missed. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who welcome you with a smile. The service is prompt, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. The menu is detailed in English, making it easy to understand, and there is no confusion when it comes to choosing what to order. What makes Edessa Restaurant stand out is the presentation of their food, which is nothing short of jaw-dropping. Each dish is beautifully plated, and the flavors are expertly balanced. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic dining experience. In my recent visits, our server Hanan was exceptional. Her name in Arabic means "Tenderness with compassion and affection," and she truly lived up to her name by providing prompt and attentive service with a smile. As someone who has tried various types of cuisine from different cultures, I can confidently say that Edessa Restaurant's Turkish food and service are unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking to try something new and unique to visit Edessa Restaurant in Nashville, TN. I give it 5 stars, and it is undoubtedly the number-one Turkish restaurant around. “Amazing atmosphere, phenomenal food and drinks, and great service. We did have an issue upon arrival wherein our group of 10 (celebrating a bachelorette weekend, reservation made months in advance) was going to be seated in two groups of 5 across the room from each other. However, a member of our party spoke to management and we were quickly accommodated and ended up with a WONDERFUL waitress. Great experience - I highly recommend dining here at least once during a visit to Nashville!”
“We were in Nashville for a concert & found Little Hats online & decided to check it out because the reviews were so good. We were not disappointed at all! The customer service was phenomenal! The two beautiful ladies at the front were super friendly & helpful & very easy to talk to. The food was so good that we had to go back for more the next day to take back home to Indiana with us! The bolognese was some of the best pasta i’ve ever had! We found several things in the market area to take home & make for ourselves & the sandwiches we got for the cooler for our trek back home traveled well & were still delicious hours later. We are so glad we found Little Hats! Thank you for the awesome dining experience! 🖤”
“Their Caledonia Scotch Eggs were wild — hard-boiled eggs wrapped in sausage, panko-crusted, fried, and served with Cajun mayo. Honestly one of the best spins on deviled eggs I’ve ever had.
But the real jackpot was “The Big Fella” burger. A half-pound patty topped with Irish bacon, sharp Irish cheddar, and a fried egg. Every layer hit just right, and the sweet potato fries that came with it were perfectly crisp and full of flavor. One of the best specialty burgers I’ve had anywhere.
Staff were friendly and the décor nails the Irish pub look. No live music the night I visited, so the vibe was quieter, but the food carried everything. If you’re looking for a foodie win in Nashville, McNamara’s really does feel like stumbling across a leprechaun’s pot of gold.”
“We went to Haper's this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! This was the perfect pick for a special occasion, everything from the ambiance to the service was top-tier. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious across the board. What truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Branson. He was phenomenal...knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. His thoughtful recommendations and kind and fun demeanor elevated the entire evening. He even ended the night with a sweet surprise for the birthday girl, which was such a thoughtful touch! We highly recommend Haper's for any important dinner or celebration, you'll be in great hands!”
“I can not emphasize enough that this is THE BEST VEGAN ICE CREAM ever to have come into existence. Words fail me here, so rich, the best mouth feel and a wonderful variety of flavors. I came from Michigan to Nashville with my partner and this was the highlight of the trip for me!🤤🤤🤤🤤😁”
“Friday night after a few drinks late night at some local bars and not wanting to drive far from our hotel, we ordered from here and LOVEDDDD it. Pizza was hot, fresh ingredients & we ate every single slice. To top it off they graciously added a 2 liter of sprite to our order that we didn't even order & let us use their restroom. That following Sat we decided to try something different on the menu & we still were more than happy. The small calzone was HUGE and full of ingredients but not too much. The cheesesteak hoagie was a great portion too. 4 people ate just those 2 things and we all we FULL! And again we were offered a free soda. We now all have this placed saved for our return to Nashville”
“Had an absolutely amazing dinner here for a company event. I’ve been to many fine dining establishments, and I think this one is the best. Food was wonderful, drinks were on point and the staff were so professional but fun and totally vibed with us. If I’m ever in Nashville again, this will be a must to visit again. Thank you for having us!!”

“This was an amazing food and wine journey. Do yourself a favor and get the wine pairing (if you drink) as the Somm was spot on and extremely talented! The food was so creative, fun, and delicious. The environment is engaging and fun. Honestly it was better to us then The French Laundry for creativeness, approachability and environment. Everything was simply amazing while relaxed and fun. The chefs are beyond talented, chatting with you while building and keeping their rhythm on their dishes. It was a phenomenal adventure and we can’t wait to go back!”

“Hands down the best all around dinner experience in Nashville. Presentation was off the charts! This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet! The staff was beyond wonderful, the atmosphere was perfect. Love love loved Yolan; this will be a must have every time we visit Nashville! Thank you Yolan for the perfect Christmas Eve experience!”
“Beautiful experience in a beautiful space. The open concept with the pristine kitchen right in the middle. Watching the chefs work to deliver unique presentations. Service was outstanding. It shows that all staff really love what they do. It is hard to describe the dishes, you just have to experience them. I’d recommend the feast.”
“I’ve visited this restaurant before and always found the food to be consistently good and the service reliable. Tonight, however, was exceptional thanks to our server, Melody. She was attentive, present, and truly listened to our group. One of our colleagues has allergies, and Melody went out of her way to ensure they felt included while still making the experience celebratory for everyone at the table. Her focus and thoughtfulness elevated the evening far beyond expectation. Absolutely spectacular service—Melody made a great restaurant experience unforgettable.”
“What a fantastic experience. Everything we had on our tasting menu was out of this world. We kept trying to pick our favorite dish of the night but ended up agreeing that everything was on the same incredibly high level of excellence.Fantastic place to go for birthdays, anniversaries, or very special occasions. We would love to go again!”
“Ruth’s Chris never disappoints! From start to finish, our dining experience was elegant, satisfying, and well worth the splurge. If you're a fan of classic steakhouses with impeccable service and consistently great food, this is the place.
We started off with a few appetizers, and they were fantastic. The stuffed mushrooms were rich and savory, and the shrimp cocktail was fresh with a great kick from the horseradish. Each dish came out hot and perfectly prepared, setting the tone for what was to come.
The steak, of course, was the star of the night. I ordered the filet, and it came out sizzling on their signature 500° plate—an experience in itself. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a buttery richness that melted in my mouth. Every bite was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You really can’t go wrong with any cut on the menu.
We also ordered a bottle of red wine from their curated list, which had some excellent options. Our server was incredibly helpful in suggesting a pairing that worked well with both our steaks and our side dishes.”
“Food was incredible as well as the cocktails. Hostess was very kind but as soon as our server got to us it was very apparent she did not want to be at work. Felt uninviting during our entire dinner and never once came to check on us after receiving our order. Instead, she stayed on her phone and chatted with other servers. More than likely just a bad apple but hopefully the rest of the servers have a better attitude.”

“I don't have enough time in the day to express how great this place is! The food is perfect, environment is a vibe, and service is TOP NOTCH! Every. single. time.
What really makes every visit amazing, is the employees! When you walk in, you're greeted with the best atmosphere. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get the gist by now! 10/10!
TITAN UP! (Go Steelers!)”
“Curry and Tikka is my favorite restaurant in my area. The food is so delicious, the people are super friendly and the desserts are incredible. I usually get a mango lassi, Delhiwalla Chicken Tikka, and the carrot dessert. I need to try their buffet, too. So, just saying…it’s so great and I don’t want anyone to miss out.”
“When there's a line, I join! I waited about 10 minutes and was seated. While waiting, locals and tourists raved about the place and made recommendations. I ordered the East Nasty and a coffee. It was good but I wasn't floored by it.
Other than that, great service and atmosphere.”
“I didn’t know what to expect, my first time trying Uzbek food ever! The naan is huge, and very different. The beef liver kebab was excellent, as well as the meatsai. I wished the rice was not dry, or was it supposed to be like that? Atmospheres was fine, I got the casual family oriented feeling. I came for dinner and the place was 3/4 full. Service was good, I just wished I asked if it came with rice or naan, instead of just order the giant naan ?”
“This place is fabulous! The waitstaff, Matthew was very attentive. The food was ahhhmazing!!!”
“Service was amazing as usual! Seafood of the day was amberjack which I added to the grain bowl, and it seemed to be overcooked because it was extremely dry. The rest of the dish was good, but I did not enjoy it nearly as much as the mushroom vegetarian dish that was on the previous lunch menu.”

“Such good food at good prices. Staff was amazing, so friendly and quick. If you’re in Nashville looking for a good dinner that won’t make you completely broke, come here!”
“Fantastic meal! Love the menu. We sat outside but beautifully elegant ambience inside. About an hour or so before we walked over to eat I stopped in and got a menu and the ladies at the hostess podium were super kind. When we came back we were again met by a very helpful employee, Delilah. She sat us immediately and ended up being our server for the meal. She was thorough and knowledgeable. The service and the meal were perfect! We will absolutely be regularly returning and we will be requesting Delilah every time. Great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! P.S.- They do lunch from 12-3pm, happy hour (including apps) from 3-6pm. And apparently they have a rooftop (kid friendly) open on Friday & Saturday evenings until 12am.”
“The Authentique is a charming French wine bar nestled in the heart of East Nashville, where the warm hospitality of owners Philippine and Alexandre sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The cozy atmosphere, combined with top-tier customer service, creates a welcoming environment for guests. The menu features a delightful array of sweet and savory crêpes, prepared with recipes passed down through generations, alongside a delectable steak tartare and carefully curated charcuterie boards. The wine selection is impressive, with the option of fun wine flights to complement the exquisite flavors of the dishes. The restaurant also offers great happy hour deals and nightly specials, with the added bonus of live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The overall experience at The Authentique is a true gem not to be missed. Bon appétit!”
“The drinks were amazing! The menu is unique and lots of yummy options. The hush puppies w/ lump crab! Who knew?”
“We ate there this past weekend for the first time and it was AMAZING. Our waitress Lizzy was the sweetest and guided us thru the menu. We got so much food and it was all so good. Will definitely be back.”
“Awesome place well taken care of love the design of it inside food was absolutely amazing we will definitely be back made us feel welcome for sure!”

“We stopped in while in Nashville. We were the first in the restaurant and were greeted by the. AMAZING staff. We didn’t have a reservation but were treated very well. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order so our server gave us some recommendations that didn’t disappoint. From the drinks to the end we were checked on frequently. Steak was like butter and cooked to perfection. Yes, the prices are high. That being said we will be returning and have recommended it to several friends as a “must try” while visiting Nashville.”
“We just left there and was so impressed. The food was great ,service was great .We will definitely be back .I love the decor.A wonderful place to take the family.”

“2024: they have vegan pimento cheese toasts that are incredible! Service was good. Booze is boozy. We ordered two seasonal cocktails and two more off the menu - all were excellent. In a city where the $14 cocktail is the new normal, The Fox has become a stand out.
2018 Review: Competing in a crowded field of 'posh-lite' cocktail bars and it just doesn't have that wow factor.
Vegetarian options: Vegan pimento cheese!!”
“A fun place with a great experience great staff - fast -hot yummy food - swing in!”
“Amazing tapas bar with great wines and fun drinks. Gluten free options. The chef is a wizard! The staff went the extra mile to accommodate food allergies. I wish I could give them 11 stars.”
“Great experience with the friendliest staff in town. The food is outstanding and well worth a visit. A local’s favorite for sure.”
“Fantastic service coupled with a well-executed menu!! Intimate atmosphere and delicious plates. Perfect for girls night out or a date night. Parking can be a challenge so don’t be late. The maitre’d is prompt to greet you and they ensure that your experience is flawless throughout the meal. 10/10 recommend!!”
“Good vibes. Amazing staff. And the food… good grief. I haven’t had tapas so good since I was in Spain. Everything was absolutely amazing and the olive oil cake was out of this world.”
“We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and were thrilled they had 2 for 1 beers! I love the vibe, the scenery, the drafts, and the bartender was very nice & helpful. Also big compliments to whoever takes care of the plants! I've never seen so many live plants thriving like that!”
“The chicken and sausage gumbo was to die for. I will definitely be back for more if I ever pass through the area again.”
“Miller was our waiter. We had not dined there previously. There were four of us. We opted for the “ grub experience”. ( I think is what it was called). Miller chose a family style meal for the four of us to share. It was beyond fantastic. This topped Off a week of some fine dining and it surpassed all. We cannot wait to dine in again. Miller was absolutely outstanding in his skill and service.”
“New place opened 2 months ago, very nice and good beer, friendly staff and their Grand opening is this Sat 8/26!! Go check it out!! 🍺🍻”
“Wasn’t really expecting much when I first walked in, just a nice dinner.
Everything is shareable so it’s not a standard meal service.
The food, was mind blowingly good, everything was amazing.
I’d work here just to eat the food 😂
Our server was great, owner dropped by our table and was a really nice guy
Will absolutely go back”
“Velvet Taco has great tasting flavor combinations, But… the tortillas are cold grocery store type. I ended up just eating the inside of my tacos with chips because the tortillas reminded me of playdoh… change the tortillas to a more authentic (cooked) tortilla and it’ll be sooo much better!!”
“What an experience. Spending time with song writers, singing and telling their stories. Amazing afternoon, good food and good company. I highly recommend.”
“Excellent food, wine and service. From our server to the guys working the kitchen, we had a blast and awesome meal at the pizza counter seats!!!”
“Katie was our server the other night and she made it one of the best server experiences we ever had. My husband left his card at our table and she returned it to the front desk. Her honesty is refreshing and she went above and beyond to serve us the best way she could.”
“Went twice while in Nashville and both times were a delight. Great staff and the pizza was phenomenal!”
“First time at the new location and thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambience is great and service was outstanding (Thank you Grant). We had the Frutti di Mare and Veal Saltimbocca and both were equally outstanding. Nice wine list as well. Dress business casual as most fine dining restaurants are, so best to avoid dressing overly casual (Swartz, flip-flops, tank tops, caps, etc).”
“Omg this is the BEST omelette in Nashville! And believe me I’ve tried them all.
I’m a total brekky person always looking for new places to try and today I was tired of all the other places I’ve been with the same old avocado toast and poached eggs … or the southern places which never have an espresso machine.
So I searched… and searched…. A loooot. And it so paid off!!! Lucky I found them! Because they’re listed under seafood restaurant haha which I don’t even eat. But I saw breakfast on the menu and off we went. And we had the most perfect meal!
I had the veggie omelette with spinach peppers and onions and with feta cheese and a wheat toast (so happy they provide that option for those who need it), and my husband had the ham omelette with the yummy potatoes and we also had drinks and their famous biscuit which is to die for! It comes with a house made jam that is so fresh and delicious!
That’s it, I don’t need to look no more, from now on everytime I want eggs for breakfast we’re going thereeee!
And one more thing to add - I am diabetic so it’s always hard to find drinks that are sugar free around Nashville, especially mocktails (and that needs to change btw but that’s a review to all the bars and restaurants as a whole haha) but anyhow - this place made it great with a virgin and skinny mojito that was refreshing and lovely!
Now we’ll have to try their dinner menu too, I hope it’s just as good! 🤩”
“We loved it! Bison burger for the win! 3 visits to the restaurant in 3 days! Staff, and food are great! We highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try! You won’t be disappointed!”
“Great place! Great drinks! Amazing atmosphere & a very welcoming vibe! 10/10 recommend”
“We’d worked hard and decided to try an Italian place we hadn’t tried before. We chose Salento Italia and what a good move! The service by Taylor was superb and the spaghetti with cauliflower was delish and my husband’s shrimp scampi was yummy too! Great place!!!”
“While visiting family in Nashville we dined at Gunnons. This was my second visit, and I again was not disappointed. The prime rib is superb and much more than I could eat. Our table shared the eggplant olivia and I have to say that it is the best eggplant dish I have ever eaten.”
“Amazingly surprising to anyone who is adventurous and it has an throw back theme that creates a vibe that's indescribable! Great place and people. Your going to talk about this place for years to come.”
“It's a small place and we had a long wait for brunch. We went across the street to Southern grist to wait it out. We loved the upon. It was like a Japanese carbonara. The egg salad took me back to 7/11 in Japan. We also enjoyed the tartare and katsu sando.”
“Read about this restaurant on Eater Nashville, so had high expectations. It mostly lived up to it. The Focaccia crust pizza is fantastic, especially topped with burratta. However, the fennel salad was a little bland and grilled dates ok. The restaurant was cozy and excellent service.”
“I have been here several times. I also recommend it to anyone I know looking to experience Italy right here in Nashville. Great service and food. Highly recommend Happy Hour as well.”
“Food is incredible!! Service is great! We tried the hamachi, crispy tuna, and salmon - all excellent. Salmon was our fave. We also ordered dumplings, truffle Mac n cheese and kimchi risotto. The kimchi risotto is a must try! Drinks were great too. Will be back!”
“Phenomenal. At a loss for words at how good our meal was tonight.”
“First time eating here and let me tell you it was fabulous!!!! 5 stars”
“Attended the Taste of the Yucatan private event here on Nov 12, 2024. This was a great intro for locals to get to know a fairly recent entry onto the 12 South scene-- and let me tell you they made a very compelling case for why they should be the Go-To neighborhood spot for area diners. Out of town foodies will love it too, but the owners really wanted to pitch local with the event. The menu for the evening featured flavors from the Yucatan peninsula, which also pull from the Caribbean apparently. The flavors on many of the plates were complex, yet some of the dishes had a home cooked vibe, like a handed-down family recipe-- made new by Chef Santibañez. Cocktails, wine, and other bar offerings were all exceptional. Overall, the food was stunning, and the entire evening was a treat. Another notable highlight was the service: having well-trained and attentive servers add to the atmosphere seems rare to find these days, but Fonda fielded a great crew for the event. Lastly, as a local, one of the more frustrating challenges in convincing my wife and I to go out in Nashville for dinner is dealing with parking, especially in areas like 12 South. Some friends who also attended were able to walk over from their home near Belmont, while we drove over from Green Hills. So a huge asset (for me) is that Fonda has their own parking right behind the restaurant! And it's validated! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit.”
“ate here for the first time. certainly unique for Nashville. authentic the real deal”
“Been several times and always enjoyed the music. Just a small place but get there for open mic night to see the performances, very cool. A very different experience than most other bars around Broadway, chill vibes and good.music.”
“This was a highlight of our girls trip to Nashville. The songwriters were so engaging & great story tellers. We were able to hear some well known songs as well as some originals. We had a great time!!”
“we went to see the Dave Potter Trio last night while on vacation. great jazz club with incredibly awesome servers and bartenders. an absolute must stop place in Nashville, the world needs more jazz clubs like Rudys!”
“One of the absolute best little gems to hit the East Nashville scene in the last couple years. The Lao menu that changes regularly never disappoints, and for all you sommeliers out there, their wine menu is top notch. Service is beyond stellar too. This has become a regular spot for my girlfriend and I for a fancy-causal late night date night. The vibes are immaculate. Cannot recommend Bad Idea enough!”
“It’s been 25 years It’s been 25 years since we have eaten at Darfons in Donaldson. We were last there when we actually lived in Donaldson and it was in the old location on Donaldson Pike. I found everything about the new location excellent. The food, the service, the facility. I think that’s what a restaurant is supposed to be all about. 🧐 I’m so glad we made the 30 minute drive from West Nashville. It really wasn’t all that far. Upon arrival, the host quickly seated us at a nice table. I have family visiting including a nine month old and they made every accommodation. It was very nice. The next person we saw was John our waiter. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made several good recommendations. I asked him if I should order the prime rib or the lamb chops and without missing a beat he said the lamb chops. So I ordered them cooked medium, and they were probably the best lamb chops I’ve been served in a restaurant in Nashville. One exception might be midtown Cafe 30+ years ago. They were always awesome. We also ordered several specials, including the aged pork chop and the wahoo fish. Both were excellent. The place was packed and everybody seemed to be very happy. I had fibbed just a bit on the reservation and said it was my birthday. Who doesn’t love a free dessert? Best crème brûlée I’ve had in Nashville in a long, long time. The bread pudding was good not great as was the salted caramel ice cream. The trip home was delightful as I got our chauffeur to take us the long way home on Briley Parkway. We passed by Shopreiland and then the Opryland hotel. After that, there were a whole lot of trees on the way back to White Bridge Road. Rest assured it will not be 25 more years before I walk through the doors of Darfons . I could tell when I walked in that the place was all about food and they had a great handle on standards and consistency and absolute food quality. Very refreshing in this day and time. You’ll find Darfons on Elm Hill Pike very close to Donaldson Pike. Give it a try you won’t regret it.”

“This place is absolutely amazing and such kid friendly. I loved the food it was so good, and this is the first time my little Timmy actually ate international food I was so stoked. The service was amazing my server was Miki, I also think she is the owner, she was just amazing and so nice to me and my family. Also, this place was really clean. I give this place my full recommendation. 20/10”
“I would recommend this food service to all that I meet. I was pleasantly surprised. I receive big meaty fish pieces and generous portions of my side dishes. It was enough for me to make 2 meals out of my order. The beautiful lady was so nice, and we even wished each other a Happy Mother's Day. I came from Opry Mills Mall to Edd Temple Blvd and I'm happy I made the trip. I will be back.”
“9-05-25. Today my wife and I had the great fortune to meet Brandy (what a fine girl) at The Pub in Nashville. It is a beautiful English Pub, the food is exceptional, but what made our visit most memorable. was BRANDY. She was genuinely the most helpful young lady we had the pleasure to meet in Nashville. and we have met.a few. I don't feel comfortable calling her a server because she was much more than that. If you go to The Pub in the Gulch ask for Brandy. You won't be disappointed. Dan and Bonnie”
“I've traveled all over Mexico and I speak Spanish. When I found this place, I honestly felt like I was on the street in Aguascalientes or some place similar. Now be braced people. This is not what we think of when we go to Las Palmas or any other conventional Nashville Mexican restaurant. This place does NOT cater to gringos. It is 100% true Mexican and this is where the local Mexicans go to eat. Even the help doesn't speak English, so take your translator app. Seriously, for anyone that would like to know what it's REALLY like to eat in Mexico, this is the place. And the food is fantastic. There will be Mexican music playing on one end of the place and a Novela on the TV at the other end. The other customers will be Mexicans complete with their work clothes and straw western hats. I love it here and I promise that I'm going to be a regular customer.”
“Just yet another shout out to Fortuna! New menu item is the zucchini fritter appetizers. Absolutely outstanding. I could happily make a meal out of those and the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer. We had the eggplant parmigiano on our last visit and it was delicious. As always the cocktails ae fantastic (thanks to bartenders Andrew and Marina) along with a really good wine list. Speaking of wine, we have a really busy July but hope to make it to one of the Saturday wine tastings with Lea Carleo, the General Manager and Sommelier. As always the service provided this time by Serena was excellent. If you haven't been you are mssing out!”

“First the service! Karla was on top of her game! She met our needs, explained menu differences, made sure our drinks were full. We explained we wanted to take our time bc we never do and she made sure we did just that but kept us checked on and even had the perfect amount of socialization. We felt like a priority and could tell she makes all tables feel that way. Second, the food! Beef Wellington was spot on, salads are huge, Brussels are delicious and the steaks melt in your mouth! Great way to spend my wife’s birthday! Thanks Karla and JK!”
“I recently visited The Diner Nashville, a unique six-story establishment located on the corner of 3rd Avenue (around the corner from Broadway). The interior was impressively clean, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. I ordered the barbecued chicken club with fries. While the barbecued chicken club was a bit messy and didn't quite hit the mark as the best sandwich I've ever had, the fries were exceptional and definitely stood out as the highlight of the meal. The service was fast and friendly, adding to the positive experience. Prices were reasonable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained and clean. Overall, The Diner Nashville offers a decent dining experience with great service and good value for money. I would definitely consider visiting again, especially for those fantastic fries!”
“North Italia was a hit for our Christmas meal. I did not want to spend half the day in the kitchen this year and wanted convenience and a great meal. I found the family pack to go meals while searching online and it’s a excellent deal. We chose the lagsagna family pack which included a large Ceasar salad, huge loaf of garlic bread, lasagna for 4 to 6 and tiramisu. We picked it up last night to heat and seve today. Bravo North Italia. This meal was absolutely delicious and there is plenty for 2 people to have for 3 nights. At the time of our purchase it was only $65.00 plus tax. We will do this again. Thanks again to the young lady that took my order and to the Manager Zane that called to confirm my order.”

“Went this morning around 10:30 am on a Saturday. I knew there would be a wait. As a single diner, my wait was roughly 25 minutes. Jessica was my waitress and she was amazing. I ordered Keke's Combo which was 2 pancakes and 2 sides (you choose one item in 2 different lists). I paid an extra $3 to get my pancakes as "Banana Caramel Pecan." Also got sausage links and Home Fries for my two sides. The pancakes were huge. The $3 upgrade for the Banana Caramel Pecan was worth it. I will say that they definitely do not give near enough butter. But since I got fancy sweet pancakes, I didn't need more butter. The home fries were pan fried red skinned potatoes. They were awesome. I love potatoes prepared this way. It was also a healthy portion. There were 4 sausage links included in the order which I feel is a good portion. I feel most places only give you 2 links. My tip is if you are going with a party of 3 or more, expect a longer wait especially if you go at prime brunch times. The kitchen was still getting their rhythm so it took a little time to get the food. They just opened 8 days ago, so I totally understand that. If you get pancakes, just request the extra butter from the get go. I fully enjoyed the experience and there is so much on that menu I want to try. I will 100% be back.”
“Love this slightly off Broadway location!!! We have been a couple times now since they opened. Most recent being in February when I went with my daughter to celebrate her 21st Birthday. Daniel on the VIP team was great. He was able to accommodate us very last minute. Maddy our server was fantastic, very attentive and was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”
“This was my first time in Nashville. All I wanted was a nice drink and some sports to watch. Then I ran into my waiter Stephanie. She quickly showed that my expectations were too low. She was funny, lovely, and most importantly brought out drinks quickly. I would’ve thought she was the owner of the restaurant with the way she carried Herself. It may be a while until I’m back in Nashville, but when I do, I’ll be back to neighbors just because of Stephanie.”
“We absolutely LOVED this place. The food was totally on point and delicious, and the atmosphere was awesome as well. We had lunch here and then went back later that night for the dueling pianos, and that show was a blast. Definitely recommend this place 1000%!”
“Fantastic little hidden place in a business park. Amazing food! The owners Patrick and Jennifer are so nice! I found this place via Google maps and it lived up to the ratings. I got the breakfast burrito and it was cooked to perfection!! I will absolutely be back! Thank you for the conversation as well, Patrick! I love this place!”
“we decided to pop in real quick just to look but was greeted by Lydia who told us about the texas fundraiser being put on. she was very polite && did a great job of explaining the fundraiser && event to us. the bar is very lively && the food was great.”
“Ahumado’s was amazing! The pork belly was some of the best I’ve had. The guys in the truck were super friendly, let us taste a couple of things before we ordered and had awesome suggestions. You could tell they were passionate about their food!
There was a nice shaded place to eat as well, which was great.
I’d recommend going with a friend and getting a platter to split so you can try a bunch of different stuff. Next time we’re going to get an arepa to try and obviously get the chicharrón again.”
“One of my favorite restaurants in Nashville—food and vibes are so good!! Shoutout to Ari for being the best waitress ever!”
