“This place was amazing! From the patient host that took our order (group of 6 with two young kids 3 and 5) to the very friendly serving staff that made sure we had every need met, checked in on us regularly and remembered all the little things. The food was sooo good. The wings, grits, and greens were highlights but the FREE banana pudding that we were given as first time patrons stole the show. Drinks were strong and tasty as well. This was our first time to Nashville and when we come back we will make sure to stop in at Edley’s! The staff really went above and beyond for us.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!“

“Excellent food; kim chi had good flavor balance and fermentation, and most of the other sides were also good, kim chi pajeon was very tasty, meats were good (grilled at the table). Also too-easy-to-drink soju selection. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town.“

“Great food and great service. Some of the best KBBQ I’ve had. Expensive but definitely worth it and everyone left very full. Sundubu jiggae was almost as good as mom makes, Korean fried chicken was perfectly crispy, and the quality of the Korean bbq was fantastic.Go. Eat. Embrace the food coma.“

“We were on the way home from picking up my mom from the airport and stopped in for supper. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. There were two ladies working in the front. They were very attentive. It wasn’t particularly busy when we were there and Charlie and Bro could have easily been sitting down playing on their phones. Instead, they were cleaning. It was spic and span in the dining area!!! They were cleaning and changing out the bbq sauce bottles, wiping all of the tables, chairs, vacuuming a mopping the rugs, wiping off the chairs and booths. Really utilizing their down time. And that’s not very common to see these days, sadly. I had to brag on them in person, but also wanted to write a review also because many times the focus is always on the bad, so I am very happy to share a great review for a restaurant that was all around great today and especially to call out Charlie and Bri that were so hospitable and working so very hard! Great job, ladies!“

“At first we were a little taken aback by not having table service only to be pleasantly surprised that it actually made our dining experience more pleasurable. Therefore anything we needed was readily available as quickly as we wanted to grab it. The friendly helpful cashiers made up for the lack of table service. The ribs were tender and juicy, okra was likely breaded and fried to perfect crisp and baked potato was fluffy and fresh.“

“We went in about an hour and a half before closing time, and the staff were all very polite and attentive. I ordered the sirloin with corn and broccoli, and we also ordered one ribeye and NY strip steak with salads and loaded baked potatoes. My sirloin, corn, and broccoli were all AMAZING, salads and loaded mashed were a hit, and the ribeye was so juicy and perfectly cooked. The only issue we had was the NY strip which we ordered medium rare but came out charred and well done. Our waiter apologized and got us a fresh NY strip that was cooked perfectly in no time at all. Exemplary service by the front of house and props to the cooks as well for doing a fantastic job.“

“I had eaten at the Martin's downtown, and remember it being pretty good, even though it was a long time ago. When I was in town for some meetings, I had a hankering for brisket and some delicious barbecue, and this place fit the bill. I got the brisket, and it was delicious. The perfect amount of juicy, tender, fat, and lean. Good bark on the outside. Great smoke flavor and taste. One of the better briskets that I've had outside of Texas. The beans were surprisingly spicy, and had really good flavor. The corn hot cake, I could take it, or leave it. Not really great, not really terrible. I may have missed it at the counter, but it could've used a little bit of butter and I didn't see any. The location is convenient, fish, with a parking lot, and it's easy to get in and out. The decor was pretty cool and overall the place had a good vibe about it. My gripe really was the service. While the girl at the counter was friendly, she didn't really seem to care, same went for the folks who brought my food out. They drop it off and ask you if you needed anything else, I just wanted to say "I don't know yet I just got my food." Worse yet, they never checked on you... even though you've already given that tip.“
