“The best wings in town. Beats any fast food restaurant. There’s a wide range of choices in flavors for wings as well as the fries are amazing. The place is a little old so the building isn’t in great condition however the atmosphere from everyone was amazing. I’m very picky with the food quality and they’ve proved that their wings are top quality. The customer service was great. I’ve never had as flavorful of wings than these. Will be coming back!“
“I want to give a huge shout out to the staff that work there Tuesday 10/10/23 I had a long day at work on top of that Had to see a love one at the hospital was an emergency short story it was a 40 min drive and there take out had ended but they still waited for me to get there and had my food nice and hot ( heat wise) imagine I was very hungry after a long day and they had a long day themselves but they still waited. That is what I call great service.??“
“I frequent this establishment on a regular basis and I can tell you that it is pretty solid on quality, but exceptional on service. Just had the tenders and shrimp combo and the sweet woman working the drive thru was awesome! Kind and proficient. She even called me "love" like my aunt used to do. She made my day with her smiling face. Shes a keeper corporate.“
“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“
“My delivery driver was AMAZING, ordered a Pan Pizza was disappointed because pan Pizza should be toppings to edge, had more crust than pizza, center of pizza was Great, but didn’t want half crust/ half pizza,when ordering a “pan pizza “ , maybe a work in progress, or ordered a traditional crust, and at least cheese dipping sauce for the crust, but again, my delivery driver was very friendly, polite and patient! I did appreciate delivery time, I would say 12/10 best I’ve had“
“I've always had friendly associates help me. The only time I've had to wait is during prime time, and that was only twice in eight years. We usually go earlier, and pizzas and cheesy bread is always handed out the door within moments of paying. The associates can't control the rising prices. I feel bad for those who have had a negative experience, I've always had great and efficient times :)Parking: It's a tight squeeze, especially sharing the location with other venues, and it's difficult to get out/in when someone else is trying to do the opposite.“

“1st time visiting this city, I was hungry and Shelbyville doesn't offer many options, you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut, their personal pans are absolutely delicious!! Walked in and I was immediately greeted and my order was taken, didn't seem no more than 10 minutes I had my food and was on my way out, they don't have a dining room which I used to love but the employees there were very kind and professional. Looked like it was a fun place to work. Great job Pizza hut!! Keep up the great work!!!“
“I wish I had taken a picture of my brisket, green beans, mac and cheese, and banana pudding BEFORE I basically licked the dishes... but here we are.FANTASTIC food. Brisket had great smoke ring, flavor, was tender, and the bark was perfect. Best we've had in a LONG time. Mac and cheese was super creamy. Green beans with bacon are better than mine. I don't think I've ever said that before. We added the special seasoning from the table to the mac and cheese, and it went perfectly together! The mild and hot sauces are SO good. Banana pudding was great too!Prices are good. Super friendly staff- pretty sure they were the owners. Blues music playing (we love blues- was a nice change from country you hear at most BBQ places). Everything was clean. We don't live close, but will definitely drive back to eat here again!Whoever is cooking knows what they're doing!“
