“I was in the area and working, and it was getting to be lunch time. I spotted this cute little place in the corner. Getting to the restaurant is a bit tricky because you have to enter through the Michoacán entrance. I sat down and decided to try everything on the menu, but since I was only in for a quick lunch, I went with the 3 tacos. I told the server exactly how I wanted it - just onion and cilantro. She even gave me some salsa beforehand. The tacos were well-stuffed and delicious! The price was also reasonable for a nice plate. I'll definitely be back to try more! You can pay at the bar or counter. It would be great if you spoke Spanish, but it's not a must.”

I use an Italian compressor machine at home and it produces pretty great results so my expectations are high. The owner was super welcoming and offered samples but the dairy free lemon called to me and it blew my mind. How is it so creamy with no dairy? Witchcraft? The prices aren’t cheap but quality ingredients are costly and these folks are putting in the effort for a really nice product. The waffle cones may be made in house as well? Very fresh. I’ll be back for sure.”

Curry House is a very authentic Indian restaurant with a great All you Can Eat Lunch Buffet in the Publix plaza off Sam Ridley. As someone with some indian family members and having grown up in the northeast, this Indian food is top notch, but it doesn’t stop there, the owner who is here almost every single day is an amazing guy! I usually get a 911 with an extra shot, and sometimes pick banana, chocolate macadamia nut, and almond flavors. Yesterday though I decided it was pumpkin time! Did a 911 with an extra shot and pumpkin flavoring 1/2 sweet and I wish I knew which worker made it, because I'd hug them! It was literally the best blended drink I've ever had! The Hostess/cashier/waitress was very nice and friendly, especially when she let us know she didn't speak English. No Matter, we had no problem ordering from the menu and she gave good service. After 40 minutes wait, our food arrived and we were happy to find it was delicious. But with their prices going way up, we wanted to try something new… I ordered delivery of a full rack of ribs and took advantage of the Bogo wings for Sunday’s football game. Famous Dave’s did not disappoint! The food was out of this world, bbq-licous!!!! One of the order of wings had their Kurveball whiskey sweet glaze. This was one of the best sauced wings I’ve ever had in my life! I stopped by the next day and talked to the manager to complement them on my order, and really, to see if I could learn a little bit more about the glaze they put on the wings. Heather, the manager on duty, was very sweet and although she was no way going to give me the recipe, she did offer some advice on a home made version. Not sure I can get it as good as you guys but either way, we will be ordering again. Can’t wait to try some new selections. This is our go to barbecue joint going forward.
