“A hidden neighborhood treasure. Great food, great service and atmosphere, in a small restaurant across from a train museum. There is a short but very good wine list, the portions are good. The ribeye is trimmed in-house to ensure you can eat every bit. A mixture of Mexican inspired dishes including the shrimp tamale and the street corn are excellent.“

“Cute historical place with a coffee shop and 55 acres of trails, and nice barn rental for events. There are mature trees for great shade and room for kids to play. However, the gravel driveway and parking is difficult for wheelchairs and strollers. The barn has some quirks like columns blocking views instead of a great room, but has a great lighting and sound system ready for parties.“

“The food quality is very consistent. Burgers and other sandwiches are good. Salads too. And the prices are reasonable, with frequent discounts on drinks depending on the day of the week. If you go when it's crowded, you will probably experience poor service. Still, I'm very glad this restaurant is so close to our neighborhood.“

“Small spot with delicious food! Order at one of the kiosks and your food is made to order by very friendly staff. The brisket tacos are so delicious, but be warned the Diablo sauce is as spicy as the name implies! The portions are also very generous, two tacos were more than enough. The bowls are equally large and fresh.“

“My husband and I have had the pleasure of having Morgan F as our server multiple times. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to remember the smallest details. Morgan F is truly great at what she does and an asset to the Springhill location.“

“Had a late lunch in downtown Franklin, TN, after visiting Leiper's Fork distillery. The parmesan crab fries were delicious. They have a unique flavor that was addicting. I had the po boy with chips. Fried catfish and shrimp with slaw, pickles, and remoulade sauce. He had the hot chicken plate with red beans and rice and Caesar salad.“

“Half Way is “all the way” in food & service. The early morning breakfast is wonderful; Half Way is Truly our “go to” place where “the locals” hang out.“

“Please please please go here. Pricing is more than fair and quality is amazing.The spot fried warm that place in my heart for in-n-out animal style. Burgers are a good size and wings were flavorful and seemed to be homemade sauce, not 100% sure on that or if the ranch is homemade but it’s definitely a buttermilk ranch. Will be back for sure!“

“Forgot to take pictures but we definitely will next time. Everything we ordered tasted great. Huge portions and fairly priced. We got the chicken philly which tasted as great as it looks, the gyro sandwich, Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers and chili dog. Can't wait to come back!“

Easily the very best lunch and all of Franklin it is so fresh and the food is all perfectly cooked. “We hosted a baby shower in their side party room/space, and it was wonderful! Kaity was incredibly easy to work with in setting the menu and answering questions. Our waitress was very attentive in ensuring everyone had drinks/refills and plates were cleared in a timely manner. And the food was incredible, as always!“

“Have been to Longhorns many times, tonight we were very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered a 9oz filet and I will tell you we were not served filets. You know how filets are supposed to be melt in your mouth steaks. These were not. Didn’t complain my bad. Sad so wanted a good steak.“

“We had a really good experience here for the first time. It was crowded as it is a popular place to both grab lunch but also pick up your larger catering orders, so make sure to leave some time for waiting on a table to open up at lunch time. The portions were substantial for lunch. My husband got the fish tacos with two sides and I got the grilled chicken with two sides. It was a nice break from chain restaurants and over-priced signature lunch establishments in the area. It was also affordable considering how expensive it can be to eat in Franklin. Overall a great experience with fresh food and good atmosphere.“

“Had a luncheon there with 13 ladies. Very attentive service and accommodating for that large of a party. Food was plentiful and reasonably priced. Dinner type atmosphere... Breakfast & lunch. Skillet breakfasts are delicious as are the salads.“
