“We recently got married and had our wedding cake made by Foxden baking Co. We could not possibly be any happier with our experience! We wanted our cake to included our 3 little pups and the cake exceeded our expectations. Our wedding cake was the best part of the evening and all of our guests agreed! Could not recommend Melissa more!!”

“This was our 2nd time at BM and it did not disappoint. Our favorite activity was making baskets with Annie, who was a great teacher. We also enjoyed wine & cheese tasting with Cara (so knowledgeable), whiskey tasting with Callum (relayed fascinating stories & made the history interesting), and mixology with Kendal (so down to earth & personalized it for us since it was just the 2 of us). We ate at Three Sisters 3 nights and the Firetower once and the rotating menu items keep you from getting the same thing twice. We tried the Valley pool once, but if you didn't bring your own kids, you'll want to stick to the Lodge pool which has an amazing view and is quieter and with great service by Nate. Shout-outs also to RJ, Zane, Bryson, and Dwayne for making us feel at home. The only negatives were that the pillows are a bit flat and the mattresses are soft so we both had backaches the first couple of mornings, and the charges for the activities end up being more than listed by $50-150 for some reason (taxes or service charges I assume, TBH we didn't ask). Important to know, but you understand when you book here that you're going to spend big bucks, and we found that the service and the mountain experience were worth it.”

“After reading their reviews, we decided to try the Snoring Bear Diner for lunch. We were not disappointed! We sat outside, the servers were pleasant and attentive, and the food great. No complaints about the bistro burger, chicken Philly, or Hawaiian tacos. Even the fried okra was yummy. I brought a piece of the lemon blueberry cheesecake home. The piece is huge! I'll be enjoying it for days!The Snoring Bear is a great find!”

“As always, you can count on the absolute best culinary cuisine, outstanding service and an enjoyable environment at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro and tonight was no exception! We took our family there tonight including our three grandchildren and the experience was exceptional! Our grand kids enjoyed their meals, the fires including the s'mores and the bubbles provided by the staff! All in all, a wonderful evening!”

“These are the BEST street style tacos that you will find in Maryville. The only bad experience was receiving the wrong tacos in a to go order. I called, and the manager was more than happy to correct the mistake and was VERY apologetic.”

“I stopped along side this place as soon as I saw homemade donuts. I am a food enthusiast, so this place was a must. Had no knowledge prior to what the reviews or rating was, but decided to give it a try. OH MY GOODNESS… what an amazing spot. By far, the best donuts I’ve had since childhood. Fresh, fluffy, flavorful, u name it! Highly recommend. I’m from Cleveland, OH (passing through from a week vacation in Chattanooga) and would absolutely drive to TN to just come here. And not to mention, the service was phenomenal. The sugared donuts were my fav. Thanks again!”

“It is a very nice place with a good atmosphere, very clean.The only thing was that the "mondo go" had an air to "ajiaco con menudo". But it was still very tasty!”

“Although the food here was very good, it was a bit pricey for what we received. It also had a small menu but we were able to find things we both liked. The service was very good and friendly! The atmosphere was nice, clean, and a Christian music station was playing so we were loving the feel of the place. The restrooms were also clean. I would probably eat here again when coming back from a trip to Cade's Cove.”

“This place came highly recommended. It did seem like it would be a fine place to dine. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and would have liked to have mixed drink or a glass of wine with our meal. That is not permitted in that county. The wait staff was very pleasant, we did leave and go to Sevierville upon recommendation of a fellow diner at trailhead steaks and trout to a place called seasons 101 and it was an excellent recommendation. That was just what we were looking for,”

“Aroma cafe has such amazing staff, they’re super friendly as soon as you walk in the door and they have amazing Cuban food! The Cuban sandwich and the papa rellena, and the guava and cream cheese empanada are SO GOOOOOOD! my fiancé has tried the Philly and said it was really good as well! “This cute coffee shop is perfect in every way. I could stop there but you might be wondering why. 1. Local shop with individual attention to detail, taste and personalization 2. Live music at select times 3. Huge menu and selection of not only coffee 4. Comfortable, varied seating options. Couches, chairs, tables, rockers Our barista was working alone this Tuesday morning but was efficient and friendly. I wish this shop was close to home, but alas, it's only a vacation spot for me. Good vibes all around.”

This is one of my new go to dinners?Parking: Parking is limited but there's not generally a lot of people there. Which makes this spot have the most intimate experience.”

“We have our annual church picnic here...it's located right on the Little River and the kids love tubing, and playing in the water. We've had baptisms too. They have quite a few nice picnic tables, and there are lots of nice tall trees to provide shade. Convenient to Townsend, Maryville and Seymour.”

“Wanted a bottle of sweet Muscadine wine for my Easter dinner Sunday. The girls working there let me sample the red and the white. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The white Muscadine tasted exactly like the grape itself. Bold and robust with a subtle sweet tone. The red is sweet with a slightly muted Muscadine flavor not as up front as the white. I did go with the red as my mom really likes sweet wines. I also grabbed a couple of $3.00 wine glasses. This place is really nice inside and has cheese and wine related items. I highly recommend the wine slushy. They have a wine for every palate I just prefer sweet. Stop in and have you three free samples and pick one out. You won't be disappointed.”

“We stayed at The Guest House, the staff deices you down the hill to The Barn. Dinner was four courses, with five dishes to choose among for each course. The Beverage Menu is a 290 page PDF on a tablet. I studied it online before dinner, selected a very well-priced Jaboulet. Started with a glass of Champagne. A whiskey with dessert. Lovely.”
