“This is my second time here and I really enjoyed myself! I’ve been to many different bars, and this one has a very homey vibe. The bartenders are all extremely friendly. The people were good vibes here! Thanks for a great night! I will be back! ?“
“Husband and I were in the area and stopped in to watch sports and have a beer. We missed the sports game they were broadcasting. But the bottled beer was good and cold! A regular struck up a conversation right away and both he and the bar attendant were very friendly. Nice place.“
“Loved this place. I was welcomed in by the hostess emely and angel (very beautiful eyes by the way) smile on their face was a plus for me then greeted at the bar by servers gaby and lina wonderful people funny and lots of character I will be coming back. Thank u Martinez bar for a good time!“
“Hot, fresh food with friendly service. We visited at 4 on a Saturday. It wasn't too packed but definitely busy. We were seated right away. I had the ribeye and grilled shrimp. I asked for medium rare and it was a little overcooked but still delicious! The coleslaw was a tasty delight! So fresh with a hint of pineapple! Not too sweet or soggy like most. My husband got the fried platter. Not too greasy, and not frozen food. Lots of TVs showing sports to put the cherry on top! They serve Mexican food too and the table next to us had sizzling fajitas. Will definitely try to back!“
“I really enjoyed this chilis. I'm honestly not a big fan of chili's, but I met a friend here for lunch, and there was no wait, the waitress was kind and helpful, the food came out quickly and it was pretty good! One of the best chili's I've been to for sure!“
“4/24This place is still PoPPIN. Family owned business that makes YOU feel like family everytime you step in. The drinks never miss but even better the CUSTOMER SERVICE is impeccable. Will always be my go to daiquiri spot! Keep up the great work. This place is the next popping thing in Webster, texas!! Come though on El Dorado Citco Gas Station! Hurricane Hut is it!“
“Whether takeout, dining on the patio, or inside the restaurant, delicious spaghetti and meatballs, amazing hot bread w dipping spices, chopped salad w grilled shrimp, all just DELICIOUS!!!Parking: Easy to get to restaurant plus there is curbside where they bring to you!!!“
“Very delicious seafood and the bread was fresh and warm! Sorry no photos, was too hungry! The only disappointment was the pineapple drink. It didn’t have a strong pineapple taste and that’s why I ordered it because pineapple is my favorite!“
“This is by FAR the best daiquiri place around! I will drive down from Galveston just to get one when I have that want for a good daiquiri! The staff is always super friendly and the service is top notch! My favorite is the White Russian with a little bit is strawberry! Yum! The best!“
“This was my mom and I's first time at Escalante's and we were very impressed! We went for Happy Hour and got margaritas and appetizers. Food had great flavor with good size portions and the drinks were well balanced. Our server was fantastic and the very attentive. We will definitely be back!“
“Ordered for delivery. The best Greek Salad! Includes plenty of baby greens, thin slices of red onion and cucumbers, plus loads of cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and fresh feta. I opted for the house Greek dressing and it was delicious! The SD Pita (1) are fresh. The chipotle hummus is a must have! And the Rice Pudding was plentiful and tasty. Saving the other dips for lunch tomorrow.“
“Go see Genesis she will take great care of you. She is always so pleasant and keeps the beers coming! (Get the Triple Play for starters then the Blackened Fish Tacos! ) - this place is way better than Hooters food and atmosphere wise! Absolutely deserving of the five “
“Had a burger and fries. Definitely the place to ask for and receive a burger cooked medium rare. Whiskey aged cheddar cheese was great. The only issue I had was the fries, they weren't fresh. I almost always drink stouts, imperial stouts and barrel aged. They didn't disappoint. I will go back and take the family.“
“My sister, good friend and I went to this place and I had never been before. This place is really cute. Live music. Your furry children and human children are allowed.I do not eat seafood at all but sister and friend are crawfish gals did say it was very good. Food had their noses runny from hotness lol they have a variety of drinks I was sad there was no option for myself to enjoy food wise but told other than Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are other options otherwise. Wednesdays and Saturdays is when they have crawfish and gumbo only.I will def go back with my husband as he is a hardcore crawfish eater his self as well.FYI people did have lawn chairs and sat in open areas where they chilled and drank and enjoyed live music and away from tables so others coming in could sit and eatMy sister got 5 pounds of crawfish and the alcohol drinking token package so it was about $90 for her alone. My bestie got 3 lbs crawfish, and the same alcohol drinking token package she spent $60 for herself. So, depending on what you drink, how much and of course how much you eat will depend on what the price for you will be.Parking: Don’t wear heels wear some shoes parking on crushed concrete outsideKid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to walk, bring stroller or wagon as well because you’ll have room to put next to your table and still not be in way. A few people had lawn chairsWheelchair accessibility: The garage looking doors are opened all the way and can be entered from there as well. I recorded that on video uploaded as well.“
“Great place to learn or improve your pool game. Tables are kept up and the people are great. I play in the Thursday night pool league, and love the great competition. Five star billiard room since the death smoke is gone. Oh, and the bar tenders and servers are sweet and easy on the eyes. :)“
“This place is my favorite every time I come to Houston. Anastasia was a great bartender and really enjoyed talking to her and she gave my 5 year old some candy so he was happy as well. This place I will always come back to and couldn't recommend a better place to any but here. Caps and corks keep up the great work and thank you for everything.“
“they don't have a kitchen or if they do they don't use it. they do have an area set up with a Crock-Pot. I have been there in the past where there has been food served.the atmosphere's pretty cool it's a nice crowd and it's non-smoking inside which is awesome. there is an outside patio that you can hang.they have a stage and they probably have live bands maybe on the weekends.bartender was really friendly and very quick to help!the parking lot is kind of small and there is no lighting when you come out at night!“
“Great local pub with great local bands, but also pulls in excellent larger touring acts that you'd more expect to play downtown at Warehouse Live or House of Blues: Mr Big, Sons of Apollo, King's X, Sevendust, Tremonti, Ace Frehley... the list goes on!“
“It is a very cozy place, the food is excellent as well as the hygiene, you can indicate any change in the menu and they will do everything possible to ensure that you leave satisfied. The prices are good given their category. Keep it up, success.“
“I was given a Power card with play points from my job some time ago and decided to take my family here during Spring Break. Had no issue getting other power cards from the machines in front. We had lunch first, and the food came out and was good. There was a bit of a wait to see our waitress, but i figured it was business of Spring Break that caused the delay. Games were great. The family had a great time. Will come again.“
“Welcoming, inviting and always wonderful staff and service. We have continued to choose this location over others due to the amazing wonderful people and delicious fresh food! Spent my birthday there and Ms. Lindzy (im sorry if i spelled it wrong!) Was an absolute sweetheart of a lady and waitress! Everything was wonderful, ill always recommend this location!Vegetarian options: I have seen vegetarian options and they use fresh ingredients so id recommend this restaurant.Parking: Large open free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with kids and have kid activity papers to help keep them busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Open ramp for wheelchair access.“
“Happened to be passing thru from Galveston to Houston and stopped in for a drink and dinner. Glad i Did. Was a nice place. Food was good. People working was real nice and to top it of it was just a good old fashion good time all around. Made some friends and had some laughs. Music on the radio was good too. keep up the good work.“
“Look, I could go on about how the waitress prioritized our party of 2 and a baby before the huge table of 20, because she didn’t want us to wait.I could go on about the delicious Devonshire cream, how it’s one of the freshest and lightest desserts I’ve ever had.I could go on about the homemade root beer, perfected in a root beer float. But I won’t; instead, I’ll go on about the burger. Tried the wagyu beef, cheddar bacon burger on the sweet bun; it was delicious. Qualified for my top 5 burgers of all time. If you live anywhere near here, you’ve gotta give it a try (and actually, I’d say it’s worth traveling to try it too)For 3 full entrees, an appetizer, a root beer float, and a dessert, after tax and tip, the total was $93, so not outrageous by any means. We will definitely be back.“
