“We reserved the back corner at Las Flores for my 75th birthday party. Around 20 of my children and grandchildren attended. Everyone was well attended to and all were happy with the menu and their food. We shared some birthday cake with the staff. I like giving my business to locally owned places instead of the big corporations because I feel that they care more.Kid-friendliness: We were in the far back corner close to the restrooms and out of view of most of the main dining room so the kids would not be annoying to other guests.“
“Loved this place. I was welcomed in by the hostess emely and angel (very beautiful eyes by the way) smile on their face was a plus for me then greeted at the bar by servers gaby and lina wonderful people funny and lots of character I will be coming back. Thank u Martinez bar for a good time!“
“This is quite a different type of Mexican restaurant with a Caribbean type of food. Yes, not traditional, not Tex-Mex either. That is why I liked it because it was different. The portions are big and the taste is big too. I had the puffed taco and it filled the entire plate. My waitresses was US Navy and she was wonderful even rhough she thought I spoke Spanish.“
“I hope you are HUNGRY!! Biggest dang burritos I have ever had. Good too. The Southside Burrito is my favorite. Wash it down with a Mexican Coke. The Aztec Burger is so good too. Very affordable. If you are in the area, go for breakfast or lunch.“
“I really enjoyed this chilis. I'm honestly not a big fan of chili's, but I met a friend here for lunch, and there was no wait, the waitress was kind and helpful, the food came out quickly and it was pretty good! One of the best chili's I've been to for sure!“
“OMG!!!!!JOSE and his team were absolutely AWESOME!!! THE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE IS TO DIE FOR!!!! MISTY OUR SERVER IS THE BOMB!!!!!! She was very attentive!!! My glass stayed full!!I hate I can only rate them 5 STARS!!!!PLEASE TREAT YOURSELVES TO THIS AWESOME PLACE!!!“
“This was my mom and I's first time at Escalante's and we were very impressed! We went for Happy Hour and got margaritas and appetizers. Food had great flavor with good size portions and the drinks were well balanced. Our server was fantastic and the very attentive. We will definitely be back!“
“I had the shrimp enchiladas and they were good and mild if you don’t like spicy food. They also had spinach enchiladas if you are vegetarian. The berry basil and lavender raspberry margarita were delicious!!! I would go just for drinks and never ending chips and red and green sauce! Go hungry and thirsty and with a designated driver! ?“
“Heard about this 6 or 7 years ago and I'm just now going. I've been missing out all this time. Excellent food, drink and staff. I will definitely go back for dinner but I can't wait to go for breakfast! I highly recommend seafood enchiladas and Cadillac margarita.“
“I had a lovely dinner here last night. My girlfriend and I ordered the combo fajitas, which were incredible. The rum raspberry smash was delicious, but what really stood out was the attentiveness and charisma of Stephen, our server. We felt so welcomed, and taken care of. Between the drink suggestions, and the menu knowledge, we will definitely be back soon, and even more so asking for Stephen to be our server again.“
“It's always fun at Gringo's with delicious options and a fun atmosphere. We go often with family.Parking: There are not many handicapped spaces, so don't go on Sundays.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome and they have a great timeWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for people with disabilities“
“Even after it got a little crowded and some old guy had my Friend I was eating with MOVE CHAIRS so he could comfortably sit with his group......(cause he insisted on reclining in his chair with his leg across his lap pushed back a full foot and a half from his table)........it was still a good restaurant. Good food, despite a small menu. Great tasting. Service was good too.Though a but pricey.8 Oz of Chile con Queso is $6.75 a bowl.Your drinks will be roughly $3 a glass. But entree prices were 11-15 per plate. All in all. Not bad.“
“Pros: ambiance, food, friendly service, the table salsa is spicy and deliciousCons: price, location, parking, the table is often over crowded with stuff (chips, beans, salsa, tortillas, plates, drinks).I wish they didn't use pork products in their beans. They also use chicken stock in the rice. They do have vegetables as side option (they are yummy)but it cost $3/item to sub so it cost an extra $6 to get carrots and Brussel sprouts instead of rice and beans. I would love to have refried beans without the pork as they can be yummy without it!Update: the salmon sencillo was not my favorite. You could tell it wasn't marinated and all the salt was just frilled on top so when you ate it, it was like a blast of salt on the top and bland on the bottom. I do have to say again that the vegetables are yummy!“
“Welcoming, inviting and always wonderful staff and service. We have continued to choose this location over others due to the amazing wonderful people and delicious fresh food! Spent my birthday there and Ms. Lindzy (im sorry if i spelled it wrong!) Was an absolute sweetheart of a lady and waitress! Everything was wonderful, ill always recommend this location!Vegetarian options: I have seen vegetarian options and they use fresh ingredients so id recommend this restaurant.Parking: Large open free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with kids and have kid activity papers to help keep them busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Open ramp for wheelchair access.“
“Best chips ever. The queso is addictive. The meat cooked perfectly. Spicy but not painfully so. The Democrat taco is my go to fav.Vegetarian options: The have options.Dietary restrictions: They custom make each menu item and will adjust the items added to the tortilla for you.Parking: This resturant is always busy but I've always found parking.“
“I am a handicapped guy so going in is not going to happen, I got curbside service and the taco's were great. I will be a regular customer here.Parking: A big lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Curbside service, the guy said "just call me".“
“My new job route takes me down 2351. I saw the Hot Tamale Truck on my way home for over a week. I decided to Google it. Great reviews and thought if they have been in business since 1976 they must be doing it right! Today I decided to stop in. Woe just Wow! The Tamales were definitely best I've had! The service was great and easy pay. A Dozen is $12! That's a 1.00 Tamale ! And it's soo good. The guacamole is 4.50 & is amazing. Its alot packed in that little container. Feed 4 people easily. The Nice size bag of chips for 3 or 4 people is a dollar! Definitely recommend and I'll be picking up on my way home at least once a week!“
“Edited: My wife and I love to come to this Casa Ole which has a great Tex-Mex environment, wonderful servers, and a nice family setting. The food is served fresh and hot, and the Fajitas are a great choice. We have been coming to Casa Ole locations across SE Texas for many years. This Casa Ole is near our Granddaughter, Son and Daughter in Law's house, and is very easy to spot when you are driving either direction on FM 518 / Broadway just west of Pearland Parkway. It is near Discount Tire and the big HEB at the corner. Highly Recommended.Parking: Plenty of Parking Spots in front and along the side and plenty of ADA spots if needed.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is WC accessible and enough room to move around inside.“
“Ordered for pick up from this location. Food was ready on time. Staff was friendly upon my arrival. Food was delicious. I had the wrangler and crossroads tacos, as well as the 1/2 chips and rojas salsa. The price is reasonable. Would definitely order agin.“
“Smells horrid, like a public bathroom throughout the whole place. The salsa taste great, you can tell it is made in house. The salmon fajita, came out on a sizzling plate and was piping hot. The salmon had an OK taste to it. The shrimp was blane. My husband ordered the mixed chicken and beef, the beef was well seasoned. You do get a lot of food for the price, we didn't get to half of the plates because we were full before half eaten.Blas was our server, the food came out quick and he also checked on us several times. He was a pleasant server. Everyone there was just so friendly.“
“I was not feeling well and ordered some soup for takeout as a comfort food. My order was ready by the time I got there and thoughtfully put together with garnish, tortillas, and chips with both red and green salsa. I was very appreciative and will be returning soon (when I feel better!) for an in-person meal.“
“We came on a Friday night at 8pm and receivedexceptionalservice. Our waitress was super attentive and kept checking to see if we needed anything. This little hole in the wall definitely exceeded our expectations! The carne guisada was DELICIOUS and the chimichanga was yummy. The sala and good flavor amd chips had good crunch. The jumbo jose cuervo margarita had good balance/flavor (wasn't watered-down like most restaurants do it). The price point to this restaurant were very fair. I'm a picky person, and I was very impressed. I will definitely be back.“
“This place a great, it is consistently great! If you haven't tried it, please do, now.Great tasting chicken, and moist. Yes they don't have much of a store front, it's because they are delivery. I think it's fitting for the way our society is going. I order here weekly, it's literally consistent, tastes great every time.“
“We went around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. We were seated immediately. The waitress showed up as soon as we sat down. She greeted us with chips and salsas and took our drink orders. She returned in less than 5 minutes with our drinks and took our order. As soon as our drinks were empty she offered refills and the same when the chips. The food arrived hot and fresh and everything was amazing! I had the seafood enchiladas. The prices were reasonable, portions were large and service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning often.“
“I really like this place! The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is usually outstanding. Unlike a plane Jane restaurant, it has got a lot of abeyance with its colorful painted booths and pictures ingrained into the tables.“
“Second time going to this location, and I swear it gets better every time. My first time here I didn’t know how it worked or how to order, but Keagan made it super easy, without making me feel like an idiot bc I didn’t know how it worked (can’t say the same for most dine in fast food places). Was barely in the door and a very bubbly girl (whose name I later found out was Ashton) made sure I heard her welcoming me in, with the best smile ever! Between her welcome and the atmosphere in general, I was almost excited to make my order - bc now I’m a pro ofc. There were a few people in front of me, and between Ashton and the other guy (I asked and his name is J) it was SO streamlined! They basically knew what the other was thinking and got everyone’s burritos done fast and…wait for it…correct! J took his time to make sure I got what I wanted, giving me info on meats and extra stuff I didn’t think about adding on my burrito. And on top of THAT!! - he asked me “is this perfect?” Wait what?! A food service employee CARED that it was exactly what I wanted??!!! It made an impression bc I’ve legit never had ANY food service employee CARE that I was happy with what I got.I don’t think ? I’ve ever been somewhere like this where they ACTUALLY take the time to help you, while also laughing and (what it seemed like) having a good time while doing their job. Honestly - I used to go to Ch—— all the time, but they barely listened to you, and made it feel like you were making them go out of their way to help you. Not cool. I’m done with them, and will keep coming to this location for my healthy burrito cravings! One last thing - Keagan - who I found out was the General Manager - took the time to come to my table and make sure I was enjoying my meal! Who does that?!If you’re looking for something different where you can ask questions and not feel like an idiot…go to the Freebirds on Bay Area. You’ll see what I’m talking about.“
“Clean environment, warm food, great cashiers and employees with happy personalities. Thank you for having us! *The fried burritos were my favorite*:)Kid-friendliness: Kind employees with smiles. Ample snacks stocked and front faced.Parking: Has a very clean parking lot and entrance to establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps and ample space in the business for wheelchair access.“
“We come here weekly and the service is always wonderful. The food is plentiful and delicious and the prices are reasonable.Their Mexican omelet with cheese is our favorite and we end up splitting it because they give you such generous portions.“
