“Yummy little cafe. Service was friendly and fast. Absolutely recommend this delightful little eatery as a place to take a break from shopping. We wanted to share our burger and it came out cut in half already and in 2 separate baskets. Terrific service ?.“
“Funky little liberal-feeling cafe with super friendly staff and the best croissants I've ever tasted! Great vegetarian quiche with fresh fruit (NOT the usual underripe honeydew and cantaloupe!), green salad, and roasted sweet potato salad. Cup of fried cottage potatoes. Delicious coffee and fresh, cold, clean ice water. All scarfed down too fast to take pix! Nice little patio to augment the inside dining. I'm If we lived in TX this would be a regular stop for us, for sure!Kid-friendliness: Cute kids eating here!“
“We got there just before the lunch rush, so seating for 6+ was alright. It gets BUSY though, and I can see why. Irene was great, attentive, and helpful in choosing what to order. The food was incredible. All six of us left only crumbs, including the delicious banana pudding. I'd return regularly. Great value, great food, great service.“
“came on burger mondays! $5 burgers and fries, amazing deal! huge burger no skimping because of price! happy priced drinks were amazing as well! service was great! will be back for sure! also one of the only places in amarillo that u can watch local teams on tvs!“
“I Ordered the guevos ranchero. The food was tasty, but not that hot. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Coffee was very good and hot. Our servers were very friendly and prompt. However when we were trying to purchase some souvenirs from their gift shop. We were ignored and skipped over for another customer who was there after us. And when I replied that were next, I was ignored. Very rude.“
“Overall Roasters is a decent coffee shop. There are a few tables inside and out as well. The coffee is brewed well and the barista was polite but not really engaged. The atmosphere is cold and there is a feel of order and leave about the place. I will say this though, they offer Belmar Bakery goods and that's always a plus! But if you need a quick cup on your way to work they were fast enough to accommodate for sure. But if you're looking for a cozy place to enjoy coffee, a treat, and conversation with friends, well this just doesn't fit.“
“Wow. An amazing restaurant that is a must have when in downtown Amarillo. Try the Elk as it is easily the best in town and probably 300 miles. The Rib-eye is king and you cannot miss here.Cameron was our server and treated us with utmost respect and service. Definitely DO NOT skip this place when looking for a premier dining experience.“
“We enjoyed the food and service! They made sure everything was good and did great accommodating our baby eating with us. Definitely will be back!Kid-friendliness: They have a puzzle table and did great accommodating for my 9 month old to eat with us“
“Jerry's Cafe is a hidden gem just off of I-40 on the way into Amarillo. Don't let the outside fool you. The food is really good and authentic. Service is friendly and fast. Stop in the next you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.“
“It was our first time here and everything was delicious, I got the Philly and my wife got a club sandwich and they were both a solid 10/10.Salad bar is excellent, but could use cucumber!Prices aren't bad either! Most sandwiches are around $8-$10 for a whole or $6 for a half. Soup and Salad bar is $14 for AYCE.10/10 recommend! The restaurant is inside the bank!“
“Come for the food. The pozole was excellent. We also had the church bites and sopapillas, which definitely brought back fond memories from our youth. The service was attentive and positive, even though they were preparing to close after lunch.“
“We had a great dinner here. We both had Chicken fried steak, and had fried green beans for an appetizer. Really good. I was disappointed they were out of coconut pie, but got chess pie instead. It was really good, just not coconut..? Heaven was our waitress, and was wonderful.Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair, and had no problems. I can't attest to restroom facilities, as I didn't use them.“
“My first time trying and I plan on being back a thousand times more! Boba is delicious, perfectly chewy and not overcooked. The staff was sweet and made me feel valued as a customer. There are BEAUTIFUL PLANTS EEEEEVERYWHERE, so the vibe is dope AF.“
“No matter which location you go to, you’re getting a solid cup of coffee. Roasters was one of the first local coffee shops in Amarillo - I’ve been frequenting here for over a decade - and it continues to get better and better. The staff is happy to see you and I’ve developed friendships with some of the staff at the Bell location! (love you Megan )The prices are fair and over time, they’ve continued to expand their food menu. I’m always excited to drive through or come in and study for a while.some of my favorite drinks: the cult classic—an iced poor man, iced white chocolate mocha, the vermont, iced caramel macchiato, iced green tea w/ strawberry purée.. even their hot chocolate is the best.“
“This is an old-school diner experience. One of the only restaurants in town where smoking is permitted. The booth seats are not padded. The waitresses are friendly, but probably not pretty, the coffee is good, and the chicken fried steak is the best in town. They don't like credit cards, so there's an extra charge when you use one.Vegetarian options: They have dinner salads and one fried vegetable platter that's very good, but really not much for vegetarians is available.Parking: It really depends on how busy the bar attached to the cafe is as to whether you can park close to the cafe entrance or not, but I've always found some place to park“
“Found this by chance on Google as we were driving through Amarillo. SO GLAD we stopped here for lunch! Delicious, HUGE burgers. Generous premium hamburger loaded with bacon, cheese, and grilled onions. Bun was big, soft and delicious.Held the hamburger together well. Outstanding bite!! Cheese fries are hand cut and came with a generous amount of real cheese melted and bubbling on top....almost looked like a pizza at first. Cafe is very small, yet very charming with lots of old-time memorabilia. If it's busy, just know it is worth the wait. Servers were very busy, but amidst it all were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Treated guests like old friends. We are already planning our next visit!Kid-friendliness: Lots of customers had young kids with them. Tots seemed to really enjoy their meals. Not alot of space if you have a kid that needs to move, but if your child is able to stay at the table then this would be a great place for them.“
