Seriously dont pay attention to the bad reviews, just because this dishes are not over loaded with oil, butter, or other fattening things people are use to. I make food for a living. This was the best, cleanest, flavorfilled, life-changing cuisine I've had in a long time. One thing I struggle with is using too much oil/butter/that good flavored fat in whatever I make. Sorry I have no photos to post because I wiped out the fresh made fried spring roles the chicken and coconut milk soup and the chicken pad thai! The person I went with also wiped out Charlie's Noodles with beef! I found the place because I was in a pinch a restaurant downtown was packed so I opted to find a Thai place close and found Thai Spoon!
