I made a larger order today for a staff meeting. Ordered 15 dishes and it was done in 35 minutes. Labeled for each staff member correctly and the orders were perfect. Food is great quality, delicious, not overcooked and great service as well. #101 is my favorite dish.
Being half Vietnamese and raised on Vietnamese cuisine I’m able to differentiate good Vietnamese food from average or bad. The food here is average. But I took offense to being charged a 12% service fee in addition to the cost of my meal and tax. When I asked my server to explain the fee she said the owner charges the fee to pay for the waitstaff’s hourly wage. This is absurd. I will be boycotting this restaurant on principle and I urge others to do so as well
