“Their bar in NYC is the best I have ever been to. No contest. I have lived in Austin for years and I have lived in NYC for years. Nothing comes close to the dead rabbit. If they are anything close to what is on water street, you will agree with me. (Get their Irish coffee)“
“I went there this past Friday to get a drink and bite, unfortunately I was informed that the fire alarm had shut down the kitchen for the evening leaving me with an empty stomach. Luckily the bartender Sarah asked if I would like some queso and chips since they could at least prep that much. I happily munched on my appetizer and was glad to have something to eat. Thanks for the considerate service.“
“I travel a lot for work and loved coming here whenever I was in town! The tree inside is beautiful and makes it a really unique atmosphere. Tara makes THE best espresso martinis, she’s so friendly and always made me feel welcomed. Had some less positive experiences with some of the other staff so I pretty much only came here for Tara. Didn’t see her last time I was in town, I really hope they didn’t lose her because she really made this place stand out from all the other options nearby!!!“
“I love this place. Great people watching, solid food options, great beers and cocktails. Highly suggest the shrimp corn dogs and the reuben potato skins for a heavy snack. Kids love the pretzels and they also love the shirley temples. They are also accommodating to gluten free diets.Dietary restrictions: Accommodating to gluten and dairy allergiesKid-friendliness: Kids always have a blast here and the food hits the picky kid bucket list“
“My wife and I visited while in town for the 2024 eclipse. We stopped for a quick drink and some chips and queso at an outdoor table before walking the park close by. The drinks were very good and the queso was excellent. I can't remember the name of our server but he was extremely friendly and did a good job of making sure we were taken care of. We really liked the vibe of this place and would likely come again if we end up in town again sometime in the future.“
