I hate to leave a negative review so will try to keep this short. The staff was kind and quick to help me. There are a few tables inside to eat and a bathroom right off the main room, which is not my favorite thing to see or smell that close to the food. They do have a number of brewed coffees to choose from, which is a perk you don't see in many places that serve coffee. I ordered the pumpkin cream cheese muffin instead of a kolache. I always try to stay away from chains, BUT let me tell you that Kolache Factory does not disappoint. I will say that this location does look a little beat up, the interior (and exterior) needs a bit of some remodeling or new look. But I'm sure that doesn't have any influence on the taste on the kolaches. What a no nonsense, good place to eat. I came in wanting something warm as a contrast to the crazy cold weather outside and ordered the BBQ kolache & the Texas Kolache. Both were delicious. As someone who has just been introduced to kolaches not that long ago I absolutely loved these. They both were warm, delicious, & were filling. Very quick and easy to order from the counter. Loved this place!
