Burgers are a big deal in our household. So when I told my family that I found the best burger in Austin, then were dubious...until they tried the burger from Shortwave. Holy moly! It's a smash burger with a soft bun. I get mine with extra pickled. This is a fantastic burger. I put it up there with Jewboys.
Breakfast sandwich so good I had to get a second one. Wasn’t even hungry. Just needed more of that delicious sauce. Gorgeous place to eat. Old Austin vibes.Kid-friendliness: Large trees for kids to run around on and explore.

They have the best breakfast sandwich I’ve maybe ever had in my life? I’ve evangelized about it to so many of my friends and they all agree. My only regret is it’s only served on the weekends, but it’s well worth the wait!
