I had the plate with brisket and the new jalapeño stuffed sausage. The brisket was like butter in my mouth. It melted as soon as I bit into it! The macaroni and cheese was nice and Cheesy and the potatoe salad was pretty good Also. The meat was 100/10 sides 10/10. The bread is my only negative. I was given 3 slices of white bread. Good score for this place. The meat has a good flavor, not needing any sauce. Always a plus for bbq. If you do like sauce, both the bold and original are good. Really good potato salad.

Decent BBQ but nothing really spectacular. Seemed a little generic, no real "wow" factor. The sausage was the best meat we got, brisket was a little dry and a bit tough, baby back ribs were also slightly dry, but had decent flavor. Both were probably smoked too fast or sat too long before served. Neither had much traditional pit bbq flavor, but had a great smoke ring! All that being said, it's still a decent place to eat without having to wait hours in line for the real deal
