Today my husband and I tried the Seoul Train. The shells and cheese were creamy, the sauce used on top of the Kalbi Wagyu beef was delicious, with a hint of spice. You also get a nice-sized portion of food. I rated this dish as four stars. The meat was fattier than expected. I do plan to try another dish, since reading the menu, each dish seemed appetizing. *Sidenote, the website, is done well and includes a Mac and cheese joke and a fun fact.
