“I can't recommend this place enough!!!! (As much as I want to gate-keep this place) This has been my partner and I's go to spot to take our friends here and visiting. The staff is amazing and passionate, the vibes are immaculate, and the food and drinks are top tier! From their brunch to dinner menu I swear it is all so good I haven't had anything I wouldn't order again. The Beignets ARE A MUST ORDER - trust me!!! Parking can be challenging but there is areas around to park at that have been easy - be prepared to have a cute neighborhood stroll before having the best meal.“
“People said I should go here because their chicken was really good. Of course I was skeptical of the claim "world's best", but I really have to say that this indeed was the best fried Chicken I have ever had. Extremely juicy inside and the crispy breading was just a little bit spicy but perfect for my tastes. I loved it. The place has kind of a diner feel and the price is extremely reasonable for downtown Austin. You have to go there“
“Not only a friendly staff the food is absolutely wonderful. I tried all three of the special burgers (chicken, black garlic, and the hot stuff) and they were delicious!!! The real centerpiece of it all is the loaded fried which have a vegan spare ribs on top. If you ever need a bite please give this place a try!“
“Knocked everything out of the park! Fried pickles, hushpuppies, and corn nuggets were perfect! Fried Shrimp and Catfish hit the spot and were super fresh. Gumbo was better than most but not amazing. Such a good spot for any occasion and everything is super well priced. $60 for 2 ppl not going light with anything. Can't beat it for real, and our server DeAndra was amazing!“

“The fried shrimp rice bowl is a must. The shrimp is coated with the best sauce I've tried and elevates the shrimp. It's delicious. I also ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which also had a great sauce. We ordered the strawberry piña colada, which wasn't strong, but it tasted really good. Good location to drink outdoors with a group of friends.“
“I enjoyed this food more than my trip to Canje. Oxtails were tender, coated with sauce and incredibly flavorful. Beef patty, although more closely resembling a large empanada, was stuffed with beef and had a pastry that was also super flavorful and flaky. Peas and rice under the oxtails slapped. Plantains were the perfect sweet bite in between to break up all the rich flavors. 10/10 recommend.“
“WOW. I was craving kimchi jjigae and they nailed it! The flavor was on point and the spice level was on the more mild side. The meal was perfectly portioned. My order was ready incredibly fast. It was a little confusing picking up my first order, since I paid online and went to pick it up-they use a locker pickup system. Overall, I would recommend and will be coming back! ?“

“This is my favorite place to get a burger and the best one I’ve had so far in austin! It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion, I also love that it’s at whislers! However, and this is just my preference, the blue cheese on the fried chicken sandwich absolutely destroys the flavor, it would be SO incredible without the blue cheese, I couldn’t even finish the sandwich I ordered because of how gross the blue cheese is, it taste like nail polish remover, other than that the flavors on every burger/sandwich are phenomenal!“

“This bar is amazing. The atmosphere during Lion’s games is unmatched in the entire state of Texas. The food is amazing, tons of seating, the staff are friendly and expedient. Thise who would utter a bad word about haymaker are fundamentally dishonest, and in my opinion deserve prison time. Great beers on tap and pitchers and buckets are reasonably priced. Go Lions.“
“We love Juliet!! I have celebrated countless birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions here and every time is just as good as the last. The food is fantastic, the service is unmatched, and the ambiance is fantastic. Perfect for a date night, celebration, or just a nice dinner. They have a few really good vegetarian dishes and are fantastic with dietary accommodations. The mushroom manicotti is one of my favorite dishes on the menu. “Had their Hush Puppies, which I aptly named "Shut Your Mouth Puppies" because they are some of the best I've ever had! Also had the BLT, which is straight fire! Bring a loose pair of pants because they don't mess around with the size of their food.Only gave four stars for Atmosphere because it's small and outside in an intimate setting. The sign outside does not say The Watering Trough, so it was hard to find until I looked at the picture of the building.Kid-friendliness: Only three tables of people when we were there but we all had kids with us. Noon on a Sunday.Wheelchair accessibility: Our son is not in a wheelchair but has mobility issues and development delays, so I am always looking for places without stairs and wide open spaces between tables. The staff were patient while he ordered his own food and spoke to him kindly, rather than talking to me for him. I appreciate that so much!“
“We had a great time at Cheddar's. We had a huge table and a lot of people. Our waitress was so sweet. She was attentive and with our loud crazy table she got everything right! She is an amazing waitress! Her name is Amirany! I hope I got that right. She is a beautiful young woman and just made our experience so awesome. There was just one mistake in the to go order but not her fault! I called once we got home and Hector the manager remembered us. He was so awesome and offered me the plate for free! “The perfect Sunday night dinner. This is NOT your Costco/HEB rotisserie chicken. This is an elevated home cooked meal perfect for a delicious Sunday night dinner. The chicken is the star but the accompanying sauces elevate this to something unique and special. The accompanying potatoes turn this into a dinner that anyone would be proud to serve to family or company. The baguette with soft, fragrant butter makes me feel like I'm having a picnic on the Seine in Paris. The macarons are a delicious finale to an impeccable meal.“

We ordered two plates of the Dart Bowl Enchiladas, a small Eldorado queso, and 2 house margaritas for $64.95.“
