We are big fans of 1775 and frequent regularly. When it came time to cater our wedding, it was a no brainer what we wanted. Brad and his team executed flawlessly. We had a spread including their brisket, turkey, sausage, smoked mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, and cucumber salad. Our guests raved that the food was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Top notch bbq. Brisket actually has a good bark to it and is very well seasoned. Most bbq places all the brisket tastes the same, but here you can actually tell it’s been on a pit the whole time it was cooked, not some baked in an oven chain
