“My family loved celebrating Lunar New Year and my birthday here. A lovely place and everything was delicious! Our server, Eric, was fantastic- as we just kept ordering more Dim Sum- it was SO good. We lived in Shanghai for one year and this was a beautiful reminder of that special time. “I made my own bowl and it was delicious! Can’t remember everything I put in there but it’s definitely a go to. I didn’t put a 5 star on the atmosphere because the store smells like a mildewed mop or a gas station bathroom. I wouldn’t eat inside the restaurant but I’d order to go.“

I also haven’t paid yet, so that cost won’t be in this review.“
“Excellent food. Not cheap at all. The interiors are loud and screaming for a prompt renovation of chairs, carpet, wall paint, inside smell improvements, ceiling, doors, HVAC equipment and systems.I recommend to move out from the shopping center. At night, it is too solitary and what about the parking lot without due vigilance.“
“My girlfriend and I decided to try this place for the first time. We normally read reviews before we go somewhere. But decided on a whim. Compared to what others have said, we thought the food was amazing. I’m normally not the guy who stands up from a table and says he’s full. But I did today. The spicy chicken was delicious and I love the fresh veggies.The only thing lacking was the service, the girl at the front talked so low we could barely hear her a foot away. And seemed kind of condescending towards a first time customer.“
“Outstanding food!I ordered the Salmon Don with sushi rice. The salmon was so fresh and delicious. The sushi rice was 5 times better than I expected.Angie was really helpful and she was right on to find what I was looking for. I also had the fried banana dessert and I was in heaven! Tempura fried anything is tasty but with the sweet banana it was extra good.“
“The chicken udon soup wasn't particularly my favorite, because the chicken was dry, and the broth had a chemical taste to it. It was edible, just not something I would order again. The salmon was awesome, big winner, as was the Daddy Doo. The service was absolutely top notch, zero complaints there, and the ambiance was good - a bit cold, but I warmed up with delicious loose leaf green tea. I was very impressed that they use loose leaf tea and not bagged, it brought my experience overall up a lot and was delicious. No doubt, would visit here again, but would branch out and try other dishes.“
“I have lots of allergies (garlic, rice, sesame and soy) and generally avoid Japanese food due to this. We decided to eat here today and I was so glad that they fully accommodated my allergens! I had the teriyaki shrimp with no sauce and instead of rice, double steamed veggies. It was cooked beautifully, the shrimp were crispy and the steamed veggies had great texture! Even if I was ordering from another truck I'd go over there to talk to them because they'd still have conversations with you. Awesome experience and awesome food. “I’m very frustrated. For the third time now I’ve ordered takeout and not been given the extra Yum Yum sauce I paid for. The first two times I ordered a large Yum Yum sauce and they gave me one small one. Today I decided to order multiple small ones, thinking that might work. (Even though it costs more.)My receipt even shows the multiple number of sauces I paid for! I’m tired of paying for things I’m not getting. It’s basically just stealing my money. Very sad this problem seems to be constant. It will keep me from ordering takeout in the near future.“
“We treated our son and daughter in law. Since we are not from the area, they recommended Mikado as it was close to their home. We couldn't be happier. The food was excellent and the pricing was very fair for the quality of the food served. They have an incredible selection and variety of rolls. If you like sushi, try it! You will be glad you did.“

“We have been coming to Umami for years and it feels like visiting family. Eddie and his wife and son are always so welcoming and wonderful. Their food is incredibly tasty and a fantastic value. All of the sushi is exceptional but the Tiger Eye Roll and Isaac #2 are stand out stars. Our kiddos highly recommend the fried rice and California Roll. Umami is consistently impressive and deserves to be a staple in the Magnolia community for many years to come.“
“Very nice place for Hibachi. I do not eat this type of food we went to celebrate a birthday and they like it. The sushi rolls we had were good. The one with crawfish on top was AMAZING. Hibachi guy did a good job and was entertaining. We did the family meal for 10. All was good“
“We got a great table overlooking the lake. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. The Singapore noodles were delicious, and my boyfriend said his pork fried rice was the best he's had in this area. Service was a little slow, but the food made up for it.“
