The service is great, they remembered who I was and what I ordered the last time I was here. Very sweet people. The food is great I haven't had anything I didn't like. I often eat their appetizers. They have good portions for the price. (Besides the sushi because I can't eat raw fish but my sister gets it and she says it's great and she is not easy to impress) I like the ambience everyone eating here seems happy and to be enjoying their food or hanging with friends. “Best ramen place! The dumplings/pot stickers are soo good! The spicy miso ramen is absolutely delicious and I never get tired of eating it. I’m typically not a fan of pork but they had definitely mastered it here. It melts in your mouth while having the perfect crunch. The sushi is also amazing and fresh, the rice to fish ratio is perfect. Their nigiri is also so good and melts in your mouth. “I am truly disappointed.....I just discovered this place! It is a hidden gem. Who would have thought a restaurant of this caliber would be located in a strip center with a Target. It is a MUST if you are a true sushi lover. From the moment my husband and I stepped in the door we were impressed. Then we saw the menu. Sadly we were not able to order everything off the menu, but we did try. Our server, Alex, was on point. He answered all questions without hesitation and was extremely helpful with suggestions based on what we like and what we don't like. If you're a Food Snob, like myself, you'll appreciate the quality, and presentation of the food. As far as the drinks, The Lychee Martini! That's all I need to say about that. This place is simply OUTSTANDING and we're very fortunate to have such an establishment in our neighborhood. The waiters we've had were all very nice too. They have quite a few hot/cold/cooked/raw sushi rolls. And if you're like me and have small wife/kids who can't appreciate a full "meal and a half" they're more than welcome to order their chicken tenders or single roll without dropping the full price of the buffet. Seating us took less than a minute from walking in and sitting down.Vegetarian options: Had the broccoli and was given exactly the amount I wanted; a lot. Typically I do ayce sushi at Sumo Sushi but it’s 25 minutes away and I wanted something close to my house. They care Delicious! I tried the marina roll, regular tuna was substituted for spicy tuna (didn’t bother me as I placed my order online instead of calling in) and salmon sushi. All very fresh. And when I arrived the owners were so pleasant and made me aware of menu options and the special they have on Tuesdays. We had our little dog on a leash with us and spontaneously decided to grab some dinner while waiting. We saw some outdoor seating at Shogun, so we asked if it was ok if we ate out there with our dog. They were kind enough to oblige. Despite it being very busy with Homecoming crowds of teenagers, the service was quite prompt and courteous. Someone from the staff (?
