“Well, I'm glad to know I have found a new contender for the best burger in Austin. As someone who loves Nilgai, it is definitely the prominent flavor in each bite. Smash style, crisped to perfection, awesome seasoning, and that melty cheese concoction that's out of this world. Will come back just for that. Our server was awesome, Hayley was super friendly and fast with drinks which were also delicious. The quail dip went perfectly too. Sweet outdoor patio area that's great to relax on. What a stellar trailer serving top notch nomz.“

“Just ordered an Asada Torta from here for the first time and it was perfect. Tender and perfectly seasoned asada on a large roll with onions, cilantro, avocado, and a little mayo. It’s the best one I’ve had in Texas! Their “mild” green sauce is tasty but has a decent kick so get it on the side. The staff was friendly and everything looked clean. Highly recommend De La O Kitchen!“

“I was in town for a wedding and had some down time so decided to head over to Tacos El Tizon for some food. I got my order taken quickly and waited about 10 minutes for my food to go. I got the burrito with meat. I should have gotten the chicken because the meat was too greasy. But overall the burrito was big, stuffed and grilled! I ordered a cheeseburger for my wife. I have to tell you it was awesome. And the fries were amazing and plenty of them. That was where the 5 stars are at. Next time I'm going to get the cheeseburger. I do recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and make sure you're happy. I'll be back for more!! ?“

“The hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant in Kyle, Tx. Food was delicious, plentiful, and hot when it arrived. Totally recommend it to everyone who hasn't checked it out. My only hope is they consider opening a larger venue as it is too small for the volume of customers.Parking: Part of a small sized strip mall that has limited parking. My wife and I walked to it because of the parking situation.“

“This is usually one of the best places to get carne asada in Austin. Very good burritos and carne asada tacos. Their meat doesn't have sinew in it like so many others, so that's why I come here. Their charcoal chicken is also super good and worth trying. They marinate the meats well, and everything is seared hot and fast. You won't find any grey steamed or boiled meat here, it's all genuinely well seared with intense flavour. My only complaint is the consistency of portions. I have found that the sizes of their burritos range wildly, some days it's a good size and others it's shocking how small it is. I've gone a few times where the burrito was smaller than a $1 frozen burrito from a supermarket. Being that the prices are quite high I'd expect greater consistency.“

“Always a great spot to grab some tacos. Been coming here since highschool and the food has been great. Check the hours before going! You can sit and eat your tacos on the covered patio there or take your tacos on the go. You can even call ahead to order so that you don't have to wait. Before school can be a bit busy but it's worth the wait.“

“Had lunch at this small restaurant (behind the Chevron gas station) for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was delicious and far exceeded our expectations! All of the meats (Carnitas, Barbacoa, Pastor and shredded chicken in the Chile Rellenos) were well cooked, soft & full of flavor. Our servers were happy to serve us and made our experience of their restaurant a memorable one! Had a warm crispy churro for dessert. Will have to go back for more ?“

“I’m from New York City so I don’t know if my opinion carries any weight, but I’ve eaten a lot of breakfast tacos passing through Texas and these were fantastic. I got migas and potato chorizo. The tortilla chips are very light and airy which makes the migas nice and fluffy. Potatoes nice and crispy. Some of the best flour tortillas I’ve had. Salsa excellent, prices low. Great food and value.“
