“If you like tequila or mezcal, try sotol! I had the tasting flight, preferred Desert Door blanco over either aged spirit. They have margaritas, of course, and more. Service was knowledgeable, helpful explaining sotol, and prompt. The building is nice and new, casual & classy. They had live music on the Sunday I visited. Highly recommended.“

“My second time at a Texas BBQ & this place did not disappoint! Lots of family seating & food service was geared towards any size of family or party of guests. The menu has something for everybody! I had the BBQ Chicken, rest of our peeps had the All you can eat mixed ribs, brisket & other BBQ deliciousness. The meat is cooking on a huge, open pit as you enter, so your mouth is watering before you even sit down! Sides were outrageous! I think we all stated that we had never been as full as we were when we left with protruding, satisfied bellies! Lots of inside & outdoor seating under large shade trees. Amazing, amazing, AMAZING!“

“Came here for Barks For Beers. Very nice beer lineup. I had an award winning dark pilsner and enjoyed it. I saw other offerings that I found interesting, but with BFB, so many breweries, so little time! I'll have to make the trip down here again on my motorcycle on a nice day. Seasonal sangria pineapple mint was like juice and super delicious - if you don't like sweet drinks would avoid. Great service and the outlook to the greenery outside made it really tranquil.“

“This is a great distillery if you love liquers especifically coffee, if you love gin (they make their own hibiscus soda) , and if you know anything about amaros. The owner was very knowledgeable and they offered free tastings. The only downside is you can't get them everywhere!!! The chocolate espresso martini was phenomena and cost $5!!! Go support them and take a bottle home!!“

“Hey Siri, the salads are beyond incredible! Big huge bowls, full of fresh lettuce and whatever else you wanted in it. The ant pasta salad was delicious. Meatball Parm sub was nice and crunchy and tasty and the meatball pizza was for sure a hit our server Isabelle was very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous with the most beautiful smile. we just arrived from Florida and stopped here for some food and we loved it.“

“One of our favorite places to eat when we are in Austin! The most delicious smoked pastrami we have ever had! The pizzas are Neapolitan style and pick your toppings or you can choose one of their favorites on the menu. We also love their salads, today we had the Caesar as a starter to share. One is big enough for two! We love the pastrami with the Caesar salad as an entree too! Delish and I highly recommend!“

“Had lunch at this small restaurant (behind the Chevron gas station) for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was delicious and far exceeded our expectations! All of the meats (Carnitas, Barbacoa, Pastor and shredded chicken in the Chile Rellenos) were well cooked, soft & full of flavor. “Always a great spot to grab some tacos. Been coming here since highschool and the food has been great. Check the hours before going! You can sit and eat your tacos on the covered patio there or take your tacos on the go. You can even call ahead to order so that you don't have to wait. Before school can be a bit busy but it's worth the wait.“
