“My first time going…ordered the southwest salad…came with only chicken and tortilla chips, waitress continued to serve others, had to call her several times, they added what was missing —-pico, beans but was still missing the avacado..husband never received his side salad…food was cold, waitress never returned to refill drinks…we called another waitress-told her the problem and said she’d have a manager come to our table, he/she never came…will NEVER return!!!“

“It's a small place, in a historic building, almost blink, and you'd miss it, but t hen you'd miss some of the best breakfast tacos around. I'm a bean and cheese taco guy, and they are excellent here. The wife has no complaints, loves the food.“

“Our first time visit. I know good Mexican food. This is it. My husband got the Mexican plate, and i got the beef fajita plate. First thing. Best restaurant tortillas I've ever had. My husband's meat was perfectly tender. My beef fajitas plate was huge. There was enough meat for 4 to 5 tacos. The beef was the most tender I have had as far as fajita beef. It comes with peppers, and onions, so if you don't normally have that just ask for no peppers, or onions. The food came out in less then 7 minutes. That was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was only one waitress, and also she cashiered. I needed a to go box, and I could not get her attention. She was super nice, but you have to follow up with your table. Do yourself a favor, and give this place a try. Your tummy will thank you. Oh side note. Prices are great in this economy. It was $24 for 2 dinners, 2 sodas, and of course chips, and salsa.“

“Great Mexican food. I had the menudo, my wife had the pozole, both were delicious. Homemade corn tortillas. Very delicious. Awesome finding a Mexican restaurant that is NOT a Jalisco style restaurant. Hands down prefer this place above many, many others. Give it a try, you won't regret it.“

“I don’t really eat out too much, but I LOVE Marisol’s. This place has awesome flour tortillas and, hands down, the BEST barbacoa and Carne Guisada I’ve ever tried. This place never disappoints but, this time the barbacoa and carne guisada put it over the top for me. Definitely my new favorite two tacos and will continue to come get them here. You should try them. Just delicious.Parking: Pretty good sized parking proportionate to the restaurant size.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp for wheelchair access to enter the restaurant.“

“The food is okay. Breakfast is the best meal I've ever had here. Very beautiful building tucked in the small town of Poth, Texas. My favorite thing about this restaurant is meeting with my friend Mr. Emmett to eat. I live in Louisiana so this is where we meet to catch up!“
