We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends! Oh yeah did I mention how amazing the pizza is? (;“

“Highly recommend! We have eaten here since 1984 when they first began. It is family owned and operated. They have low carb choices as well as the classic dishes. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask since everything is fresh prepared they can probably do it! If you prefer veggies for the pasta they easily accommodate that! Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the wait staff that knows our favorite booth! Ask for Shezar to wait on you. He is the best!“

“This is the best pizza I've had since moving to the DFW area. When my wife brought it home for the first time, from the first bite, it took me back to my childhood. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good pizza with homemade sauce and crust and fresh ingredients.“

“I grew up in Grapevine so I've been going to Nizza Pizza for years, specifically the one in the Colleyville area.

I just started working in the area and I am so excited there's another Nizza Pizza close by. The pizza is so amazing and they have a seriously amazing lunch special (two LARGE slices and a drink for $7.50 after tax.)

Service is always fast and amazing, everyone is friendly.

“I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Visited at 2pm on a Friday and had the philly cheesteak. It was your average everyday cheese steak which was a nice change since lots of places try to sneak in weird stuff like Gouda Cheese or allio mayonnaise. Service was friendly. It had the feel of an easy coast pizza joint and made for a relaxing lunch. Now if there was a jukebox, 5 stars.“

“My daughter and I stumbled upon Zoli’s last night and decided to try it - the outside play area for her being the deciding factor. The food was great! Everything we ordered was delicious and great portion sizes. The waiter was also fantastic. Super relaxed and never made me feel rushed to get my order in. He was attentive but not overbearing which was phenomenal and really helped to hone in that chill and relaxed atmosphere. My only issue with the experience was the hostess. I asked to sit outside so my daughter could play. Walking out of the door there were several empty tables. She walked me past these tables to the far corner (farthest from the playground) and right smack in the middle of a large birthday party - which we were not a part of. I asked to be seated on the opposite side as to not be in the center of the party, to be able to see my daughter on the playground, and so she didn’t see all the other kids eating cake and opening presents and inserting herself (she’s 3 so she wouldn’t have quite understood). Although she did oblige and seat me where I asked, she rolled her eyes at me and acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to be seated in a different part of the patio. When I said “oh this is perfect, thank you so much” she completely ignored me and walked back inside. Other than…her…our experience was great and we will hopefully be back.“

“This was my first time eating here. I love the simplicity of the ordering style. Being able to pick your toppings as your pizza is being built in front of you is great. I chose the Panzana Pan crust. It was so light and crispy. This is hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I also love that they are all personal sized. You can also choose to get a smaller 7 inch pizza with a salad. Great crust, great sauce, great toppings. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a long time!!! I visited this location on Halloween in search of a Jack O Lantern pizza. It was one of the busiest days of the year for them but all employees were personable and attentive. Victoria helped me with my order and is an absolute sweetheart. I ordered a Greek Pizza too and both were delicious as always. Papa Murphys has had consistently good pizza but the customer service at this location was over the top. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Keep up the great work!

“I tried this place for the first time and have been coming ever since. There’s a Domino’s Pizza located very close to where I live, and I pass them up just to come here. The owner and staff are also extremely kind and offered to remake pizzas when there was a slight misunderstanding just to make my daughter happy for her birthday! Highly recommend!“

“Driving home, we noticed a new place we had never seen before and we couldn’t resist a stop. It’s brand new and very clean with nice TV’s, a beer/wine bar, and most importantly, an extensive menu. There was so much to look at, we asked for recommendations. We landed on a meat lover’s pizza, which is always a good place to start, and chicken piccata, which was a favorite of the server. It’s one of my favorites, so also a good test. Pizza and a pasta entree combo was a great way to try multiple sides of the menu.
Both turned out to be very good. In fact, the piccata was absolutely wonderful and we both loved it. I hope these guys do well and recommend you try it.
Prices are also very reasonable.
