We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Highly recommend! We have eaten here since 1984 when they first began. It is family owned and operated. They have low carb choices as well as the classic dishes. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask since everything is fresh prepared they can probably do it! If you prefer veggies for the pasta they easily accommodate that! Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the wait staff that knows our favorite booth! Ask for Shezar to wait on you. He is the best!“

It was your average everyday cheese steak which was a nice change since lots of places try to sneak in weird stuff like Gouda Cheese or allio mayonnaise. Service was friendly. “My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends! Oh yeah did I mention how amazing the pizza is? (;“

“Hole in the wall place that was a converted Pizza Hut is quaint, but they need to fix some of their flooring. Service was absolutely amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. The sauce wasn't as fantastic as I had been led to believe from other reviews.“

“I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“Saturday night, I placed a order online for a large magnifico pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order, I was surprised to see only one person, cooking the food, answering phones and ringing up the orders. I was amazed. She told me the staff left at 10pm and she was running the store while her daughter did the deliveries until the store closed. She said her name was Lauren and she was the manager there. I couldn't be more impressed. Also, the pizza was delicious. Thank you Marco's! You have an amazing staff.“

“We found this place from a Google search that led me to keto friendly restaurants. I thought pizza isn't easy to make keto but blaze pizza pulled it off. For 4$ extra you can get a keto crust, and the build you own option is limitless toppings. I loaded up my side of the pizza and my girlfriend went my traditional with pepperoni and beef. Best part, that pizza split between the two of us was so tasty and filled both of us up
Update looks like both this time and last we had the cauliflower crust not the keto, the keto is apparently significantly smaller but for the same price. I'm also not sure if they removed the limitless toppings; I didn't see any signage and the pizza seemed more expensive than last time“
