“First time visiting Main Squeeze. Spoke with Kim. Super friendly and explained everything. Tried the PB&J, Berry Smoothie, Creamy Colada, a pineapple juice, and 2 different shots. I’d say I’m about 2 drinks away from immortality now. Kim signed me up for the points which was quick and painless. She made the drinks quick, which is great because I had to deliver them quick. They open up early (7:00) so I’ll be able to stop by before work. Thank you Main Squeeze. That Kim lady deserves a raise!“

I got the caesar salad with no protein. The only thing I forgot to ask if I could have salt/pepper packets. Other than that it was delicious and not soggy. Minestrone soup was okay. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and feels very intimate. The moment I walked in the door every person I spoke with was friendly and the service was phenomenal. I didn’t catch my server’s name but I think on the receipt it said Mabe. She was very sweet and attentive. I ordered the shumai and 2 sushi rolls. I was not expecting the rolls to be so large! “Food was great…only giving less of star is because they have promo of whenever you order katsu you’ll receive a stamp and if completed the stamp, you’ll have free katsu. We ordered a lot of katsu but ended up only getting one stamp for 4 katsu we had. They should specify that it’s per receipt. I don’t think there will be diff if they just give stamp per katsu order rather than if customer decide to order with diff receipt.With the price compared to other resto, they are more expensive but food is better.They should take that into consideration of having the stamp per katsu order. “First off, I NEVER leave reviews unless the experience was phenomenally wonderful or terribly bad..and in this case, OUTSTANDING. The ambience was perfect. We walked in and it was like stepping into Mexico. The walls were so pretty and painted, the layout was spacious, and great air conditioning. The bathrooms were clean and smelt fresh. Secondly, the service was awesome. Santiago was so kind and constantly checked up on us. We learned where he was from, and he gave us a background story on the restaurant so we definitely built a connection. It was a family of 7, so that’s always alot, but he was patient, and we got some laughs out of him, and had a great time. We celebrated my birthday, and he brought out a cake, a sign, and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to me. I felt so loved and it made my heart happy. We started off with salsa and chips, and since being our first time he served us a whole plate of elote which was awesome. I don’t like elote but this one tasted amazing! I was shocked. Food overall was great. I had the barbacoa tacos and it was filling. The corn tortillas were homemade so they tasted outstanding!! WE DEFINITELY will be coming back again, and again, and again. But I can say that they were pretty quick with our order as he ordered it prior to leaving to pick it up. The food was delicious. The portions were generous too. We didn't order that many things but it was more than enough for for our small group and we still had left overs. The quality and flavor is better than almost all other Italian places I've been to. “If you're out in the burbs and looking for a good go to coffee place, I would recommend Kona. This coffee shop (not to be confused with the roastery) sits on the corner of a shopping strip in a still developing area of the Katy/Fulshear area. The clean and simple look gives this place a nice cozy vibe despite it having a large open space with plenty of sunlight. I love that the area just felt good with plenty of table and seating available. Now for the coffee- they have a few different and unique lattes they offer. I got their seasonal Cupid caffeine which was an iced americano topped with chocolate strawberry foam. It was pretty delicious. Their house coffee is pretty decent as well, but I think I prefer their lattes. I'm also curious to try some of their premium beans. I would have tried it this past time, but the price tag was a bit steep at $9 for a drip of their special beans. I opted for the latte which was around $6.50 and a bit more of a palatable price. What got me really excited about this place was their musubi offerings. Alongside spam, they had a few other offerings like sausage and egg and salmon. While the salmon felt almost like a giant nigiri, I still liked their musubis because it was a nice touch to have as a good option. I will say that the portion size is a bit smaller than I'm used to for a musubi but taste was still pretty good. If I'm in the area, I would come back again. I think it's good to make the trek at least once to try it out!“
