“A really great atmosphere to be at if you're in the area! They have video games, comic books, a room to play table tennis and overall great people here. They also have The Simpsons playing on repeat which is always nice. My only real issue with the place is that the restrooms aren't exactly clean and parking can be very hectic. Other than that, I enjoy it here!“

“I went to Albas with a friend on Saturday evening. As soon as I walked in, the ambience, decor and service were outstanding - like you knew you were at a 5-star luxury establishment. Do not just expect to have dinner, Alba's offers a culinary experience with all the extras of unique tiny dishes from the kitchen just brought out to which include smoke bubbles, foam martinis, delicious soup shots as intermingled with what you ordered. The waiters are extremely professional yet friendly and even the chef made a small appearance to greet us. With his Italian accent and his crisp tailored chef attire it just exemplified the essence of what Alba is all about. Go and be very impressed for not just dining at Houston's finest restaurant but, even for frequent fine diners, the different tastes and dishes that will just “wow” you. If I could give Alba an extra bonus star for going above and beyond I definitely would!“

It holds a speakeasy feel to it and the drinks are delicious we went to get micheladas and the girl that helped us was amazing she was really friendly and she is a twin wich makes it the first twin ive ever met. “Very very very cute and fun bar. The concept and decor is so cool! i loved it. The drink was delicious and was on the happy hour menu. They had a pool table and a shuffle board table. Very unique and i would definitely come back if i was in the area. Also i really like that you get a ticket to put towards the charity of your choice!“

The pegstar shows can get expensive.Drink selection is average, but pricing is amazing. 5$ can get you a shot and a beer.For food you can have chips. Seriously if you need food this aint the place unless a truck happens to be set up.The bartenders are friendly however due to the often live shows and noise you may need to write down your order on a whiteboard.Black Magic Social Club reminds me of the old dives and venues which are mostly gone these days. “We came here the other night after seeing the reviews. I love a good Old Fashioned and they had good reviews. I gave my review 4 stars because they didn't use a large ice cube nor a luxardo cherry. That's everything for me when it comes to an old fashioned. It takes away from the drink, without. But the bartender was awesome. The place is very vintage feeling, old downtown vibes, cool spot. “The bar has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I can tell it has its regulars and newbies like me. The bartenders are professional and friendly. The jello-shots come highly recommended, and they do deserve the praise given. And it is a must to have one or two of their frozen drinks, at $6 dollars, it's a great choice!Will definitely be going back anytime I'm downtown and want a great spot to relax at and have a drink.“

“This place is excellent! What sets their daiquiris apart from the others is the real fruit juice they use which gives their drinks great flavor. Most places just use generic flavored syrups so it was a really nice departure from the usual. The service is wonderful too. If you choose to enjoy your daiquiri there they play amazing music and you can play Jenga or Connect 4 at one of the tables. I'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend you give this place a try!“

“I had an amazing experience at this brewery during an office party. Being the oldest craft brewery in Texas, the place exudes history. The restaurant's artistic decor and Game-of-Thrones vibe with wooden beams and chandeliers create a unique atmosphere.Inside, chapels filled with captivating artwork add to the charm. There's also outside seating by a fountain resembling an overflowing beer chalice, providing a delightful setting for a meal. “This place is a bar only but a great place if you even remotely enjoy whiskey. The house whiskey is really good in whatever it mixes in. The drink menu changes but pretty much everything is good and some drinks stay on the menu. Great drinks, a chill atmosphere and they allow you to bring in food.“

The atmosphere was great however even after going over my order multiple times and even with only 2 modifications that they do my order was still incorrect. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, I got pepperoni and sausage, we ordered the cheeseburger with no onions and tomato on the side, we got onions on it. We would go back if in the area but not make a special trip into the city specifically for this place.“

The musicians know a great range of songs and I was impressed they all play the instruments. They played from Queen, Luke combs, Backstreet Boys, Skeyee to Selena. I was so impressed by their talent. “Nice Neighborhood Sports Bar for Ice-Cold Beer. The music is diverse. It can be anything from Tejano to Country to rock n roll. Waitress is friendly and quick. The restrooms are small but kept clean and stocked up with hand soap and paper towels and toilet paper. The staff is also bilingual so don't have to worry about not being able to speak Spanish. Parking area in front of the bar, but there's additional parking on the property next to it. You will not get towed. Someday they have DJ’s and free snack food on certain days too. BUT A NERVE WAS HIT !! Nevertheless , considering this LIL BAR & GRILL(SAMS AND DAVE'S) is very clean , roomy , friendly, with that awesome hometown bar vibe ! They have an atmosphere weather you are 25 to 95 yrs old their layout can accommodate yaand Any kind of party or gathering you can think of from A to Z .My interactions with everyone were respectful , engaging& friendly ( very rare in todays world ) is less than a mile from my house. “We stumbled upon Lily and Bloom (aka Kingmans Circle) Saturday Sept 2 around 10pm when Etro wasn’t cutting it for us. Lily and Bloom (Kingsman Circle) was wonderful and much better than Etro that night. Etro’s dance floor was too bright, music too loud, and honestly, Etro’s playlist left much to be desired. At Etro, the DJ nor his booth friend noticed me in their peripheral vision when I approached the booth and stood there waving to request “goodbye horses” by Q lazzarus (I dressed like the viral videoRocker Dancer and wanted to recreateThe scene for my friends birthday). We left Etro because it felt lame. Lilly and Bloom (Kingsman Circle) had a Small but quality crowd. Staff was super cool and inviting. Music was good. Bartender in Brazilian cut bikini bottom but her heart and hospitality is what I noticed more than her ample apple bottom. It was warm, friendly, the staff was interactive and made us feel welcome. They were enthusiastic and having fun with us. I highly highly recommend Lilly and Bloom (Kingsman Circle) Ambience felt like a sexy warm speak easy/hip hop neighborhood bar. Black and white Pictures on the walls of notable kings men (Peaky Blinders, JFK) etc. motorcycle as dj booth upstairs. Small corner stage to dance in. Cozy booths. Hot food in the front in sidewalk (Oxtails, Jerk chicken Mac and cheese). Much love to Lily and Bloom/Kingsman Circle. We’ll visit y’all again.“

“Great atmosphere very retro so if you are into that, this will be a luxury for you. I got 2 ciders (since I'm not a fan of bear) they were DELICOUS. I will post a picture of the exact ones I got. They ran me about 5 bucks each which made it very affordable for leisure drinking. Would recommend this spot for sure if you are chilling and want to catch a vibe.P.s. I didn't attempt to order food so don't know how that is or if they are serving it still“

“DBar was what you would expect for a Sunday afternoon. The bartender was attentive, the bathroom was clean, the drinks were great for the price. Then down side was the parking but for the location it was what you would expect. There were several establishments in the area that were within walking distance as well. I would definitely go back and get there earlier for a better parking situation.“
