“This is a local gem! The food is always perfect, the staff is always friendly, and you will always walk out of there happier than when you walked in. This is truly one of my favorite places to go. “I decided to come here after a doctor’s appointment this evening (around maybe 8/8:30) & experienced some of the best customer service from a food place ever in life. I was greeted when I walked in.. Every crew member had smiles on their faces.. my order was made to perfection.. & the cashier was very attentive. He noticed the gauze band around my arm & made a light hearted joke, which I appreciated. After my order was done, he held the door open for me to exit. “This Lebanese, Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant is delicious. It's hard to find this kind of food as scrumptious. Ive tried to find other places as good closer to where I live but they don't exist. I'll have to make the drive but it's worth it. Customer service is exceptionally great. When I was pregnant, I couldn't get enough of this place. Now the two year old still loves his pockets and cookies. Since it's a healthier option I'm glad he likes it so much.“

“Today was my first time to ever eat from this restaurant. I’ve lived in Fort Worth for 30 years so I know it’s a local favorite. The few times I’ve come in to pick up deliveries for DoorDash. It has smelled so good.I don’t have a lot of money. In fact, I’m full on, broke and struggling, but I wanted a treat , So I picked up a 4 inch cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t see what I was getting until I got home. This is got to be the smallest inch sub I’ve ever seen. I was too hungry and tired to drive back over so I ate it. It was tasty it just that I was able to get it down in two bites. $7.48 with tip I spent for this little thing. Very disappointed.**Update- I went in to the restaurant today to show them this picture. I asked if I could have a discount on another sandwich. They were very accommodating and gave me a 10 inch sub for the price of a 7 inch sub. I think their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. Very tasty! “Wow, you have 3 awesome employees working at this location. Luke,Kris, Richard.I ordered my food and unexpectedly all 3 were engaging me in a conversation. It was light hearted, but all found a way to connect. I don't expect this at fast casual anymore. I ordered under my husband's name, but I have a feeling if I went back in and all 3 were working , they would just say hey, welcome back. I was running errands in the area, but don't live in the neighborhood across the street anymore. We have always enjoyed the food at this location and I bet, I will definitely make an effort to stop back in. We have been buying hams for holidays there for years, and they are far more delicious than anything you'd get elsewhere. This year, there was a small mix up on our order from a simple oversight during the bustle, and the manager called me personally two days before the holiday on what must be one of their busiest days to set things right. Hard to find that level of customer service anywhere. Buy a ham, be a hero.“

“We love Schlotzsky's! It's one of our go to places when we're craving a sandwich. The food is always good. However, the service can be very hit or miss at this location. The wait is always longer than your average drive through, which is understood. They're assembling and warming deliciousness in there. The issue can be the wait time to even place your order or your wait time at the window after placing the order or on a couple of occasions finding that they've closed before closing time. Sometimes you get very attentive and friendly people and sometimes you get people who make it obvious that they don't want to be there. It varies from visit to visit. We continue to go because the quality always meets expectations and sometimes you just crave it!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free bun and seem to take care with my order preparation. “I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price. Anyways this place does mess up orders from time to time, but that's part of the fast food biz. Make sure to double check you bag and they will add the missing items.Give credit where it's due, on top of that the staff is friendly even when some seem tired, which I give kudos to them for keeping a friendly smile on even towards later hours. The food here is awesome, and besides occasional missing items, everything is always made properly. I've visited other fast food chains that sell squishy, undercooked, chewy chicken or rotting lettuce and questionable tomatoes.
