“First time visit for my wife and I over lunch. Fantastic! My wife got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich combo with fries. I got wings with House Sauce and fries and we split an order of pickle chips. Wife loved the sandwich. Wings were well above average meat amount per wing and tasty. My wife is a pickle chip connoisseur and these were hands down her favorite of ALL TIME. Thicker chips than most places too. Most pickle chips end up soggy through the batter and fry process. These were the rare ones that stayed crisp and full of batter through the meal. Seasoning on fries was not to my taste but my wife loved them and took my extras. I'll just ask for plain next time as they otherwise were very thick crinkle fries and looked good. Highly recommend. Will tell our adult kids to try as they love chicken and the Mac and cheese on the menu are a family "next try" item. So my go to spice is medium because it has a nice kick to it, not to spicy but flavorful. Last time I came it tasted really spicy like hot and I didnt say anything because it wasn't a big deal and they were busy. But tonight I came through the drive thru got the same spice level (medium) and went home to eat it. I bite into it and the spice just hits me. So l yes I ate it but I called and asked if the ingredients changed and the lady said no, and I said it tastes really spicy and b4 I finished she replied with "mhm okay bye bye." I've never been to a Pollo Regio before and after we came here one time I couldn't belive what I had been missing out on. The Half Chicken is out of this world its so good, after one trip it became the benchmark for chicken I get from anywhere I go. It's always 'this chicken is good, but it's not as good as Pollo Regio.' I am grateful to Emma and Angie because they make it a wonderful experience when we come by, and we have come by 3 or 4 times a week when we are working in town because the food is that good and the atmosphere is so inviting. “I recently learned about this restaurant and drove passed it today. I didn't go into the establishment but rather used the drive-thru option. The restaurant itself self (or at least this location) definitely looks like a hole in the wall (iykyk). However, staff were friendly and patient as they took my order. They have pretty big portions. I ordered a kids' chicken strip meal which was more than enough food (I still have leftovers). The wait for me to receive my order was a little longer than your typical Popeyes, but I think it's because my food was made to order - it was fresh. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. My okra was fried hard - just the way I like it! The roll that came with my meal was just a regular smegular roll; nothing special about it. I guess meals come without dipping sauce. Instead they come with a small cup of white gravy. I was not a fan of the gravy. It's tasteless and not what I was hoping for. I'll ask for the gravy they put on their mashed potatoes or a different dipping sauce.“

“Having to eat gluten free, I always feel safe eating and ordering from here. It's hard to feel that way about any fast food establishment. Chick-fil-A has a decent array of GF options, the most important being the waffle fries! I love those things. They're always overall hot and crisp. Rarely do you get any soggy fries. Almost all the dipping sauces and dressings are gluten free as well, including the barbecue, Polynesian, and Chuck-FIL-A signature sauces. Then there's grilled chicken nuggets, the chicken filet, a gluten free bun, all the salads, fruit cups, the scramble bowls, sausage, bacon, hash brows, yogurt parfait, and that softy-frosty ice cream. I often opt for the grilled nuggets and fries, but if I'm extra hungry I'll do the Cobb or market salad with spicy grilled chicken. And fries! The market salad has lots of fruit in it, a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, and blueberries, plus crumbled blue cheese. I mean it's a really lovely salad, especially for a drive-thru! This location is as friendly and speedy as ever. I still avoid peak times (Saturday, mornings, lunch) because the traffic stresses me, out but if I pass by and it's not too scary I'm definitely stopping for my fountain coke and fries.“

Guests assisted her and notified her employer (nearby) of the situation.The leadership at Chick-fil-a leapt into action and redirected one of their staff with medical credentials to assist until the ambulance arrived, then thanked the guests that helped during this episode by offering free food/drink.This goes way above and beyond. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes.
