“Just wanted to do a major shout out thank you to the staff working on Sunday morning April 14th 2024 for finding my purse and holding on to it until I could return 4-5 hours later after I played golf. All items were still there including all my cash. Honest and hard working person ?“

“Yummy yummy yummy. Their taco set up is different but welcomed. How so? Since I learned of breakfast tacos almost a year ago they usually come wrapped in foil but Taco Capital puts your tacos in a cute carry out box. I got a 6 pack of Egg and Bacon. $9.99 I enjoyed them and so did my husband. Looking forward to my next visit. ???“

“This taco truck was absolutely delicious! My husband and I were visiting San Antonio and found this place. Their tacos are amazing, probably some of the best tacos I’ve had in San Antonio. I have not had tacos that good in a long time. The tortillas that they use for their tacos are the cherry on top for me. We tried the tacos with the queso and our choice of filling. Their lemonade was very good too!“

“We weren't able to catch his name but the cook/cashier was amazing! He gave us a few samples of the meat which helped our choices on what to get. He kept a smile on his face and was very sweet. Not only was the service amazing but the food was absolutely delicious! We got the chicken quesadilla and it was a very filling meal! 10/10 food and 10/10 service, I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Will definitely be returning!“

“The place is clean, the service was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered to go inside, and the food came out quickly. I tried the trash can taco, the cheese enchiladas, and the huevos rancheros. Tortillas were light and fluffy and were made fresh in-house. I noticed they have a great team behind the counter and in the kitchen. The parking lot is huge, but it is shared with other businesses. I would recommend ordering to go.“

“Currently on a quest to find the finest tacos in the Northwest/West region. I've have tried numerous options, and so far these currently stand out as the best. The prices are quite reasonable, and the campechana tacos with the green sauce are simply delicious. The frijoles charros are really tasty too.“

“It’s difficult to find a good taco spot in San Antonio especially if you’re looking for a good tasting carne asada style taco. The waitress/manager/owner was kind enough to let my family try all the meats before we purchased I thought that was amazing customer experience. I will be “

“Omg. Amazing. I showed the guy a picture of someone else’s review, said that’s what I wanted and asked what it was and he told me it was a salad! The Mexican Cobb salad or something. I usually don’t like salads but this was protein PACKED. I got a corn and flour tortilla on the side for .69 each. They also give an active duty military discount. So good, definitely going back and I already have my regular order ready.“

“Food was the best I have tasted in the area. I have visited several other taco trucks on Potranco(outside 1604) and their birria is my favorite. We tried the asada quesadia and it was good as well. Hot sauce was great as well. I would definitely be visiting again to try the birria quesadia.“

“We stopped at this little “dive” bar to end our night while in San Antonio to attend our son’s graduation from Airforce BMT. We just planned on a beer and something little to pick on so we ordered a HALF order or a mess fries with jerk chicken … let me tell you, I’d be nervous to see a full order! There was more than enough to share between my husband and myself! And sooooo yummy!!! The bartender was sweet and quick with service. The sitting area out front was so cute with big tree limbs hanging over all lit up and plenty of outdoor seating. Looks like it would be a fun little place to see live music.“

“Pack your bags and immediately go to El Monte for the best BBQ that you’ll be tasting. Tender, juicy, smoky, and did I mention tender? It was Easter Sunday. They were open for another hour. We were hungry. We headed there after some birding at Government Canyon State Natural Area. No yellow-cheeked warblers today, but we were okay with it because we did get ribs, sausage, Barbacoa tacos with fresh tortillas, creamed corn, and coconut cake at El Monte’s BBQ. The owner and staff were so friendly. The owner even showed us the smoker, which his dad had made from a propane tank in 1978. Having this history to go along with the meal was really special. The owner even gave us some brisket burnt ends to try. Wowza!!! I’ve tasted nothing like this in my life. The smoke was perfect. The seasoning was right on. Thank you El Monte!!“

“I visited Tacos Panda for the first time on a Friday night and went right back the next day because it was so good! I’d go again today, but it’s closed Sundays. We tried the street tacos, torta, burrito, burger, and hot dog. The best ones were the alambre street tacos. Highly recommend. Their creamy chipotle salsa was very good. I hope they add a creamy green salsa to the menu. The food smells great, tastes even better, and is not extremely salty. I met Panda and he was super nice and friendly. We’re definitely going to become repeat customers. Awesome place!“

“My favorite taco truck for sure! The mini tacos here are awesome! They give you a little cup of charro beans while you wait for your order and they are delicious! Its a husband, wife, son and daughter working here, so love that its a family owned truck. Love this place ❤️“
“Great truck! I do not know if it is still cash only, but they do not charge taxes, so I assume it is still cash only. Comes with alot of condiments. Mini tacos were good, great amount of grilled onions, and come with radishes as well. The tortilla is a bit thick, wish it was thinner or only given one. flavor wise super good, service is quick and fast. Only tack truck that i see serving birria everyday and for a great price of $10/3! What a steal. I believe all orders comes with beans as well.“

“High pice tag. Probably double of Las palapas but one of the best mexican eateries. Tender beef and the chicken was absolutely amazing. I had just a salad this last round and it was quite possibly one of the better if not best salads I've had in a while.Parking: The number of times I've been parking was not a problem. But there is a number of parking slots.“

“Me, hubby and my adult child ate here while In SA! I got the Salad with chicken. I don't remember the name but Asian style. The chicken in the salad was so tasty and so was the dressing! I'm very finicky about my dressing and my chicken! The guys got chicken strips with different sauces !! Again- I am very finicky about sauces !! I was shocked that I loved all the sauces they got !!! We ordered fried mushrooms and they came with a ranch-dill type dressing SO freaking yummy!! And I don't like ranch dressing!! Give this place a try !! You're sure to like it !!“
“I love coming to this food truck, their food is always hot and on time. Ive tried everything but my favorites are the minitacos, quesobirrea and what more can I say, everything on the menu. So I recommend Tacos regios La Silla. You won't be disappointed.“

“Ive been here about 3 or 4 times when I visit SA. I usualy order the lavendar latte but this time i went with the blue magik (i think thats what its called) and it was absolute heaven. I loved it, but friend ordered a bean cheese and egg burrito and was disappointed it had a green tortilla. just told her it was a st. Patrick's day thing so she'd eat it anyway. She said it was good (we were post workout) the girl next to me had a beautiful acai bowl and she agreed it was delish. This place is a little intimidating if you arent used to the ingredients or really know what to order. My friend said she would never have walked in there if she was by herself.“

“This place is an amazing hole in the wall. I was grabbing lunch with a friend who used to work here, and he recommended we stop here for food. The service was great, its a nice little family owned place and they were fast to make the food and very friendly. I got the lonche, and it honestly blew any other hispanic style sandwich I've had out of the water. I had asked what the difference between a lonche and torta was, and my friend let me know that they use different types of bread! The meat was juicy and tender, the bread was toasted just enough, and the whole meal made me want to order a second round.“

“Something about ordering at the cash register is always a bit weird, but for Torchy’s, it works. Top notch food and excellent beer pours. Margaritas were mixed well, and the patio for hanging with friends for 3 hours was top notch. I have yet to order a dish there that I don’t like.“

“The food was alright. It's a good affordable option. What set the place apart was the man that helped us, Vino. He was very patient while I picked out breakfast for my kids, then told me what salsas would be mild enough for them. His overall positive attitude and kindness made my experience great. I would come back just to have my mood lifted by him. What a great employee, made my morning.“

“Good tacos and good seasoning, the bad thing is that it has very few tables. Another detail is that they close before the established hours, perhaps they argue that they run out of meat but they believe that they should anticipate what is sold on Saturdays so to speak and not close “

“Very delicious food! We ordered nachos, tacos and a quesadilla and it was all really good. They were also selling churro cheesecake which was AMAZING! They had red and green salsas I wish they would’ve been more spicy , but other than that it was really really good! There were about 3 big orders ahead of us and we still got our food fast! We will definitely be back.“

“This place is awesome! We tried the torta VIP, quesadillas asadas, and street tacos al pastor. All were phenomenal. The grilled onions with the tacos were a touch that I didn't know I was missing! (Usually they're served with raw onions) The meats were very flavorful and the torta bread was so soft. You can't go wrong with this truck. I can't wait to try their breakfast tacos.“

“Tamales good...but...in the area where there is food being processed...there is a full size company van parked within feet of the prep tables. No joke. When you visit...take a gander through the windows where you see a garage door. There's people prepping food right next to the delivery van. If the Tamales taste smoky...well you'll know why. I don't think I'm comfortable eating these garage Tamales any more now that I think about what I observed.“
“I will cut right to the chase: if and when I write my San Antonio taco omnibus, if I forget to include this place, you have my full permission to cancel me. This place is incredible.First, I had their frijoles especiales ($3.50). Picture the best bean soup you have ever had, then loaded with even more meat, more savory spices, without heat, and more cheese. These were bar none the best beans I have ever had and I cannot emphasize how much they need to be ordered. The tacos. Oh, the tacos. I didn't know tacos could taste like this. I got their caprichos mixtos (5 street tacos for $10). They were a symphonic mixture of bistek and trompo-cooked pork. The soft and chewy steak, the crispy brick-red pork, amplified by the delicious but not hot spices, the savory cheese, all coming together in a medley of flavors and textures was heavenly. Garnished with some lime wedges, grilled onions, a grilled jalapeno, as well as fresh cilantro and onions, they were amazing. Add in their salsas, both very hot, either a salsa verde or a chili de arbol that punch your taste buds to life, these were easily some of the best tacos I have ever had, certainly the best street tacos by a mile.I cannot praise the food at this place enough. It is a must-try if you are in San Antonio. It is a great dinner option as this taqueria is only open from 5PM to midnight, making it even a late-night destination when you need (yes, NEED) great street tacos and frijoles. Until next time,Stay hungry, my friends!“

“Best breakfast tacos ever. They are very affordable considering how much food they give you. They don't skimp like Chipotle or Bill Millers! It's not just the good portion sizes, these tacos are so flavorful. Worth the 30 min drive for me.“
