It is the best brisket I have tried on this side of Texas. The barbecue sauce is a little mild for my liking but is tangy and good, I added jalapenos to my order from the bar and it was fine.Thry keep two BBQ sauces in kettles at the condiment bar, which is nice. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, even the manager went around and asked how people's food was and if there was anything else we needed or that he could get us. The environment is country western and has comfortable seating. Definitely a five-star restaurant I would recommend this to anybody.Dietary restrictions: Keto, carnivore, lion.“
