The staff are generally helpful and friendly. Two times in the recent past, the Egusi was barely warm but we kept patronizing this place. I do question if they are charging taxes on food that is NOT prepared or hot. Overall, they are a clean store with helpful staff.
Good place to shop African food stuff but it needs upgrades and a lot of their freezers needs to go because they're dirty looking. Their restaurant food is not tasty, they give good portions but the food is cooked in a hurry so the meat doesn't have the same taste as food it came in. Also they give you all bones as meat instead of what you paid for. They need to hire better cooks.
