The men had planned to try the best Egyptian restaurant in town, but ran into needing reservations 24hrs prior. So we improvised and went across the street to a vegan restaurant. The vegan sushi boat was excellent with four different rolls and came with samples of vegan broiled eel, salmon, and jackfruit sushi. Staff were great. Very nice, very accommodating.We tried many different items. I'm going to keep this short though. All the sushi rolls and nigiri were excellent. Also a standout was the salt and pepper shrimp.I would come here again without hesitation and have already told a couple friends.

The service is great here. As a lifelong vegetarian it's usually difficult to find places that are fully vegetarian. Many of the meals at this place have fake meats which I do not eat as I've never eaten meat. They were able to cater to my needs by not using any of these. The pad thai and Kung pao tofu were really good. Will go again. Highly recommend to vegetarian diets.
