Ran across this food truck at the Bayou City Art Festival and was in the mood for loaded fries so we gave Brazilian Churrasco a try!Despite being decently busy with a steady line of people ordering, we got the Brazilian Limeade immediately and the Gaucho Fries within five minutes of ordering.I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments.The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. This was the first time trying out a churrasco food truck and WOW. The food was so good, better than Fogo, Chama, and Avenida. Maybe because it was a smaller crowd, lesser amount they had to cook, probably way better quality? The sirloin was so flavorful, juicy, cooked medium, and had such a nice smokey taste. The bacon wrapped chicken was very tender and didn't taste dry at all. Typically I'm not a fan of chicken, I'll always go for any other protein - but this was really good!...read full review
