I normally go to Firehouse Subs once a week for my lunch to work from home. I don’t live far away. My visit last Thursday to Firehouse Subs was 1 that I would hope does not count as the norm. I ordered online at 11:30. I was told it would be ready by 11:50. I showed up at 11:50 and told the lady at the order pick up area that I had an online order. Whoever is taking the drive through orders should be more polite instead of the ugly attitude he seems to have. Seems like customers are more of a bother to him when we should be appreciated since we are the reason your place of employment is open.

I picked up lunch today at the drive thru for my daughter and me. The drive thru attendant had a jacket on covered in animal hair. Not only was that unsanitary but what if a customer has allergies to animals.
