I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered the breakfast burger and it was delicious. The mimosas were good too. We arrived early, but I must warn you that after 12p, it gets crowded. It would be great if they could add some extra shade to the patio area, as I imagine it will get very hot during the summer.
Great brunch spot. First timers today. Ordered the brisket hash and shrimp & grits. Got a carafe of blood orange mimosas. The brisket was perfect and the potatoes were nice and crispy. Shrimp was cooked perfectly and the Gouda grits were AMAZING. Best part for me. Mimosas were heavy on the champagne so it was definitely worth going for the carafe instead of a single. The food was amazing! I had an avocado toast and a lavender hangover. The only thing is that it’s hot in Houston… so if you’re sitting outside don’t expect to find a lot of shaded seats (unless you reserve a table)
